As good as a visit to the dealer for maintenance as it can get. The staff were quick, professional and courteous as I dropped off my vehicle. They were able to cover my battery replacement under warranty (which is always a plus when dealing with Porsche) and they were able to get me into an equivalent loaner car for the duration as the battery was on back order. On pick up, Anastasia was really quick in sorting out the paper work and I was able to get back into my car within 10 minutes of arriving. Simple. Fast. Professional. This is why I like dealing with Porsche Bellevue!

I recently took my Macan for a software update recommended by the factory, and my service advisor Simon Pope went above and beyond to make my experience as pleasant as it would be. I brought my car to Bellvue after having some problems at another service center. The overarching feeling i had at Bellvue was how well I was treated. I felt like a princess as I was escorted to my preheated and running loaner car (it was during a snow storm, so especially appreciated). Also, the conscientiousness of trying to get to the bottom of my car problems was especially appreciated. I also appreciated the communication expectations were asked up front. Lee asked me if I prefer texting or calls, when I should expect notifications and how often. Very professional and very courteous. The cherry on the cake was when Lee noticed the window button had become unattached and replaced it as a courtesy as it was under warranty. Nice attention to detail. Thank you Bellvue Porsche, would highly recommend.

First of all owning a Porsche is a huge blessing, they are such an incredible piece of engineering and art and great fun to drive. I’ve been a classic Porsche owner for a while and I was initially a bit skeptical approaching a new Macan for my wife. She loved the car for its esthetic and versatility and, after a test drive, I also felt in love with it and how it feels a 100% Porsche even if it is a SUV! Customer service? Finding, driving and selecting car was a great experience very good agent! The purchase and sale experience not so much Interest rate quoted to be around 6% with local credit union ended up at 8.2%. Almost walked out and will refinance the loan as soon as possible. A hassle I could do without and will warn friends about this. Signing time way too long and pressing for all the extras not fun I hate that part of buying a car. That added 2 hours to the experience Is that how you want customers to end the purchase process? Needed a drink after to calm down

3/5/2023: Update The Service Director, J. Johannessen, contacted me after I posted the negative review and immediately expressed empathy to what I experienced. I sincerely appreciate the quick response and only wish I didn't have to endure the experience from the start. But, when things do happen, I'm a firm believer in how they get resolved. Thank you to J. Johannessen! 3/4/2023: Changed from 5-star to 1-star I have always thought service at Porsche Bellevue was outstanding from the time we purchased our new car and through 4.5 years of service. I knew I was potentially paying extra for service, but it was important to me to have my car properly cared for by the dealership that sold me the car. Unfortunately, that all changed the last two visits and perhaps this can serve as a cautionary tale. When we purchased the car we were heavily pressured to purchase the oil change package (5 years of oil changes - $2k) and a VIP package that included full brake replacement ($2700) - we bought into both. Starting in year 2, I began noticing a brake noise that seemed to me like wearing of the pads. When I told Porsche, they would inspect and tell me everything was fine and within normal measurements, they told me it was "how" I braked and that this type of car needs a forceful brake (doesn't make sense). I continued to bring this up over the next 2 years with the same result at the dealership - "the brakes were fine and weren't ready for replacement". Finally, in year 4 I couldn't wait for the "pre-paid" brake replacement. I scheduled the appointment, only to find out that "yes" my brakes were ready for replacement but that my pre-paid service had expired...you can only imagine how I felt. I reminded them that I had asked repeatedly for the brake replacement and they explained that they wouldn't have been able to replace until brake pads reached a certain measurement - which coincidentally, the brake pads were finally low enough AFTER the pre-paid service expired. They showed me this extremely small print on the contract that explained this part of the terms and required me to Google most of the verbiage. Eventually, a manager agreed to give me 10% off the brake replacement and 10% of my next service, which will never equate to $2700 that we handed over. As you can imagine, after the brake replacement I haven't heard the grinding noise and I haven't changed my braking style. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch with a dash of consumer fraud sprinkled on top. I'm fairly certain brake measurements wouldn't be too hard to manipulate. This type of behavior happens to so many consumers everyday on all types of purchases. It's sad that businesses use tactics that are designed to take advantage of their customers. I hope that my $2700 helped the bottom line for this car dealership. MY Advice: Do not pre-pay for anything, read all the smallest print stuff first (bring a dictionary) and if you sense an issue with your car - get multiple opinions. After all this, I go back last week for my last and final pre-paid oil change - the kindness that I once experienced at Porsche was gone. Each person I interacted with was cold and on the verge of rude. Very sad way to end a relationship.

Overall well. Took care of leak (7 year old car) and basic service. Wish the total cost was less but I get it. Having to take cover off engine , they fixed the issue and seems good after 2 weeks . Still not sure how leak happened or why so will just monitor

I called Rob Williamson at the dealership and told him what I was looking for in a used 911. I set up an appointment and he showed me several vehicles their inventory that fit my description. By the end of that visit I had a used 911 that exceeded my expectations. They gave me a good trade in for my 718. I am very pleased and will do business hare again.

Obvious conflict between the staff and policies. Can’t get a real person on the phone easily. Scheduling online isn’t bad unless you have an unusual situation. Scheduling is done with an outside service that knows less about cars than me. The date they give you is only to drop the car - no promise of when they’ll start work. It can be there three days when they tell you they have to order parts. Obvious their purpose is to capture you, not earn your business. $500 for a battery and at least #350 for installation, so, yeah, it’s a dealer. But we really enjoy the people we see in person. I think part of the problem is prepaid service. Once they buy your loyalty with a discount they don’t seem to expect you to stay with them once your prepaid runs out. Same old story. Before you shoot the lawyers aim for the MBA’s.

I have an extended warranty on my 2010 Porsche Panamera. My issue with the vehicle and the reason for bringing it to Bellevue Porsche. Transmission seem to be slipping. PDK transmission During the inspection, it was noted that the valve cover gaskets as well as the oil pan gasket was leaking. The warranty company covered this. After having the transmission service, this slipping was still noted. Transmission was replaced on warranty. Communication between my service advisors, Nicole and Jordan, was very good via text or phone call. They made me aware of every issue and coordinated with the warranty company for appropriate inspections and approval. The resolution of the above issues was completed in a very satisfactory manner, giving consideration to necessary warranty company inspection. I was given options for additional items, however, I declined it this time as the severity was not significant. In summary, the communication between all parties involved, myself, the warranty company and a Porsche Bellevue was very comprehensive. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was noted that the facilities extremely clean and that assistance was offered many times. Jordan offered his generous time to explain every detail of the work involved and was available for consultation on several other items, all optional, Even referring me to various websites in the pursuit of changing my wheels out on the Panamera. I was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I was shown as a customer. Upon picking my Porsche up, they had thoroughly cleaned the vehicle, such that, I almost felt like I was driving a new car. My experience couldn't have been any better.

Feb 2023: Update: Kirill started my vehicle repair and suddenly left the company and Lee jumped in the middle of my car repair and started working on it. Will update on the repair results. Dec 2022: Went in for a recall, so that legally everything performed is complimentary. There are mostly pros, and a small con I'd point out. Pros: 1. Appointment set up is easy, drive into the service, people take care of you immediately. 2. The waiting lounge has a TV for sports, (but guests can't really control it) 3. All cars go through a visual inspection and possible to be fixed projects and their costs quote. 4 All cars are washed. 5 Service manager texted the next week to check in and follow up post service. 6. Buy back department reached out about buying back the vehicle Con: The recall letter indicated alternative transportation will be arranged if the service takes longer than 1 hr. The Porsche Bellevue maybe has a low number of loaner cars. Customer had to wait for 3 hrs.

Buying a car 1300 miles away from being able to see it, touch it, DRIVE IT can be a daunting task. I found what I wanted, though, at Porsche Bellevue and was ready to take the risk via the telephone, email and photos. I must tell you that it took a 1300 mile drive from Colorado with a good friend talking me down from the ledge, to help calm my anxieties and build my excitement. I had an appointment for when the dealership opened and we drove the last 200 miles and got there on time. All of the personnel at Porsche Bellevue were welcoming and helpful, as eager as I was to complete my purchase of a pre-owned BMW Z4 M40i. In all, a really great experience. Updating review on service - The service we received first time was good but the second time we can see how much quality and customer service has gone down. It could be just the person who we had the service with. - The car was not washed properly. There were streaks of mud on side mirrors etc. - when I went to pick up my car, the service person didn’t even acknowledge and when approached mentioned they are with another client when I didn’t see anyone, just a dropped off car. Luckily for me someone else came over and asked if I was helped and took over the paperwork. Not the level of service I expected at Porsche Bellevue. —————————————————————————— Had a good experience buying car from here. Love the car. Very friendly for each and every part of the experience. For me, I got a pre owned M4 and had the absolute best experience imaginable. Once I had interest in the car (it was traded in only two days ago) I messaged my salesman (Ron) who was able to get pictures of the car which wasn’t even on the lot! Once I went down to buy the car, we were able to check it out before service/detail. After that it was a matter of waiting. Come Tuesday, the car was ready and they sent a very friendly attendant (stephen) to pick me up to get the car. Once I got there it was a matter of getting some pictures then I was on my way in my new car! 11/10 experience can’t wait to buy my next car from them!

With there being only a few Porsche dealerships to choose from I was nervous about what to expect as I don't really have any choice about where to go for my first service. The process was smooth, the people fantastic, and they even provided me a loaner. Looking forward to my next service.

Bellevue Porsche (owned by Autonation) is a nice, clean facility. I received a notification for a recall service on my 2001 S Boxster. Brought it in per scheduled appointment and was completed within an hour. They even provided a complimentary car wash to boot. Super service.

We took our vehicle in due to a recall on parts. After the service, part of which was the headlights, our driver side headlight was not working. After returning to see if it could be fixed we were told they did nothing to the headlight and suggested we pay to get it fixed. Our service advisor, Nicole Pascua, was not only very rude and condescending throughout the process, but was less than helpful with provigng solutions. She also denied they touched the front light at all, which is completely false. Essentially we are now taking the car to an Autobody shop to fix a situation that was cause by Porsche tampering with the light and not fixing it themselves.

Kirill took care of billing, etc, and did a wonderful job. Nicolas was able to actually drive 30 minutes to deliver the car to my home for free, and even waited for me to get home from work. Although having a vehicle serviced may be changing in the coming years (as EVs begin to make inroads into the ground that has been held tenaciously by ICE vehicles for well over a hundred years), the need to have one's vehicle serviced is still a familiar requirement -- almost a rite -- for so many of us. The need to schedule and carry out a service may generate any manner of feelings, ranging from irritation to indifference to pleasure. What - pleasure? How can it be a pleasure? As one who has owned all manner of vehicles, used and new, from VWs to Fords to Mercedes to Porsches to you-name-it, having work done at a Porsche dealer is always a bit different from other makes -- because it is always a pleasure to go to my local Porsche dealer (even if the prompting need is to have my car serviced). This visit was no different. The scheduling of my service was done very quickly and efficiently; I was almost surprised to have a service appointment available with minimal delay. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a matter of seconds by service personnel, inquiry about any special needs or requirements was made, and the paperwork was drawn up. At that point, I was free to leave -- or to wander over to the showroom and consider our next Porsche. (Obviously, I was -- and am always -- curious to see what was new and available in the showroom.) Later on, within minutes of the promised time, I received a call to let me know that my car was ready. When I arrived at the dealership, my car had been serviced and washed (which was really nice, because it had gotten very dirty in our recent rainy weather). The results of the service were explained (fresh oil and filters, along with a clean bill of health), I was thanked for bringing our car in within the service interval, and we were quickly on our way. So, even if "just" a routine service, I would nonetheless classify the experience as a good one all around. Porsche's tagline is as true today as ever: "Porsche: There is no substitute." Thank you, Bellevue Porsche!

The loaner car was also clean no issues, except the tank was only filled with 1/4 tank. The mechanic also sent me a text/video which was new and definitely a nice addition to the service. She kept me updated on status, was flexible when I ran late and is honest about the condition of the car. She went over the courtesy inspection without any pushy upsell. Would recommend her to anyone needing an honest and knowledgeable service advisor. Only thing I don’t like is the automated system when calling to make an appointment or connecting with the dealer. Would be nice to get a real person without pressing multiple buttons.

The extremely lengthy wait time, and inability to give a good estimate on arrival (was given three dates that were all subsequently missed) and what I feel was dishonest communication around my trade makes me question using the dealer again. Phone tree to make an appointment or speak to someone took over 30 minutes. Phone calls are not returned and questions are not answered. I even called the GM without response. Finance Manager called once, left a message but didnt answer my inquiry and didnt responded with my return calls. For a Premier Auto dealer they do not stand up.

I booked an appointment weeks in advance and requested a loaner. I checked my car in with the idea that i would have the car back in one day and then they called me and said they did have time to do it that day so keep the loaner over thanksgiving and it would be ready on friday. I told them I was leaving the country early saturday morning and they said fine. I brought in my Cayenne at 7am to have snow tires put on and fix my thermostat. I never got any follow up information about the car or if it was ready for pickup. At 6pm, I assumed it must be done and went to pick it up. My service agent wasn't there, and no one had any information about my car. Finally, another service agent figured out that the snow tires were on, but they had not aligned the tires and zero work had happened on my thermostat. I offered to leave my car to have the thermostat fixed the next day, but they couldn't even provide this alternative. They eventually pulled my car around but didn't have my all-season tires that had been taken off, so they had to go find them for me. Then, as I pulled out, my flat tire alarm lights went off. They hadn't even reset the computer when they changed the tires, so now my flat tire alarm is continually alerting. The service agent ASSURED me that the service manager would call me the next morning to sort this out, but I've heard nothing. After two days, I called them and left a message requesting a call back, but still have heard nothing after a week. This was absolutely terrible service and it appears that no one at Porsche Bellevue knows anything and there is zero accountability or follow up. I bought my car at this Porsche dealership and have used them for 8 years and generally had great service. Since they've been taken over by Auto Nation, I fear it's fallen apart and they no longer provide decent service. It's really sad and embarrassing for the Porsche brand. I work for a German company and we have strong relations with the Porsche leadership and I know they would be horrified to know how bad their customers are being treated.

My purchase was an extremely difficult case, as stop sales order was issued by Porsche while my car (Boxster GTS 4.0) was on a ship. So, it had to be in a service center for ~7 months before it was finally delivered. Had it not taken place, everything would have been super smooth and excellent. Waiting was difficult, especially because Porsche USA was not good at communication (received 2 or 3 messages in 7 months). However, Porsche Bellevue tried to help me when they could. Overall, it was a tough experience but was as good as it could have been, given the situation. The 12 month service was great, with everyone involved being highly professional, friendly and capable.

Service at Porsche Bellevue was very professional. Unfortunately, i arrived late for my appointment, because of traffic. My service advisor, Nicole, offered to cover my Uber ride, because the courtesy car was no longer available. Unfortunately, the service did not initially completely resolve the issue. This was because a prior non-Porsche service had disconnected relevant sensors. The Porsche service team corrected this issue for me and completely resolved it at no additional charge! I'm very happy with the service that i received at Porsche Bellevue.

This visit was to correct a PCA recall bulletin so there was no bill involved. That said, Porsche Bellevue treated me just like it was a chargeable visit by completing the maintenance on time as promised, along with a free vehicle inspection and even offered a car wash at the end. I purchased a very expensive car from this dealership and up until now I have had a very good experience. The car came with a defective latch which would not allow me to put the roof up on a convertible car. My car spent a full two months in the dealership awaiting a new latch from Germany, and once it arrived I was told the car would be operable. After driving an hour home I realize the roof was inoperable, and the dealership then told me the problem was not with the latch but with the computer that operates the latch. That issue was never investigated during the two months my car was in the shop, and I’ve had to return the car to the dealership for an additional month or two while we await the computer switch from Germany. This has been a highly disappointing experience during the height of summer.

The place just seems so cold since Auto Nation took it over. None of the service advisors know much about cars, let alone Porsche's, so it's difficult to talk to them about your issues. They spend most of their time upselling you and if you don't want them to do a major service, then they really aren't interested in you anymore. I only go there to get the oil changes I prepaid for, otherwise I literally drive one hour north to Porsche Bellingham. It's a great drive and friendly knowledgeable staff await my arrival with a smile. I can call them, and they answer within two rings. If I call Porsche Bellevue, it always goes to voicemail, then I only got a call back once in a while. Really pathetic that you can't call and talk to a service advisor anymore, but you can up North. So not only can I talk to someone knowledgeable right away at Porsche Bellingham, but I can also get in there fairly quickly and the prices are sometimes half of what they are at Porsche Bellevue. In closing, overall, the service department in Bellevue is lousy and have you looked at their auto inventory, they have more Toyotas, Honda's, BMW's, Mercedes than Porsche's.

I have texted and left a voicemail and days later no response. Just tried calling again and nobody available. This is typical. The service experience is enough to make me seriously reconsider buying another Porsche.

I took my Porcshe Macan Turbo to the Porsche Dealership in Bellevue because it was leaking oil with under 25K miles. Evidently there is an issue with some bolts that tend to snap around the timing belt cover. After finally having the vehicle repaired I put my car up on race ramps and discovered that the underbody panels were still covered in oil. After removing the main underbody cover, I found there was still oil everywhere on the underside of the body and components. Some was so thick is was like sludge. I had hoped to provide a 5 star review but now that I have to clean everything up myself I'm think a 3.0 review is more accurate.

The service reservation phone line is nearly impossible to reach. I tried to use the automated return call, but never got a call back. Ron was personable, polite and very knowledgeable of every model Porsche. I bought a car here from out of state and had it shipped to me in LA. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. The car was delivered and I received no paperwork on the purchase. After several follow ups and asking to speak to the GM, I finally received my purchase paperwork. After a few weeks, I still haven't received the necessary paperwork to register and insure the car. It's sitting undriven because the car didn't not come with dealer plates, which I've never experienced in purchasing any car, let alone an expensive Porsche. For the costs of the car, I expected a much higher customer service buying experience, but unfortunately received the worst. Would never consider buying a car from this dealership again.

Horrible experiences multiple times! Last time I had a major job done to my car( breaks and tires) that cost over $3k. They didn?t have a loaner car so they put me in this cheap rental that I almost lost control on the freeway . It also took them way longer than estimated time. No compensations . This time I booked online for an oil changed. No loaner either, they offered a shuttle ride . Everything was confirmed online via email. When I arrived, my name was not even on the appointment book. The service advisor, Anastasia Morozov was horrible! No smile, told me I need intermediate service that would cost $2,999.. I said no thanks and would just like an oil changed. Her facial expressions were terrible! She then told me there?s no shuttle service for just an oil change. I paid $562 and had to wait 3 hours in a chair. I was promised online a shuttle service when I made the appointment. Take your business elsewhere, where people respect their customers! Don?t waste your time or money here. It?s a ripped off!

Beware of the Service department here. Customer Service is not in their dictionary. There are no appointments available for even a 3 day old brand new car bought from THEIR dealership. They finally get you an appointment only to not fix the issue and return the car after keeping it for a week. Then, when you ask for another appointment to fix the same issue, they do not have any appointments for 3 weeks. (Heck: This is a critical issue on the vehicle). When you arrive at the service dealership on the day of the appointment, the service advisor - Lee tells you "Oh we do not have a loaner for you anymore as your appointment was at 8:30 and you arrived late". How do you expect to get me to work?? It seems like they have no interest in fixing a vehicle with less than 1000 miles leave alone customer service. Please do not expect any kind of service from this dealership. Take your business elsewhere.

I was in the market for a niche car and they had one with low mileage and in good condition in stock. Since I knew exactly what I wanted going in I really didn't deal with sales who I'm sure are great. Unfortunately, my only experience with Porsche Bellevue (PB) was with the finance manager, who provided an absolutely unacceptable level of service. While there in person our dealings went smoothly, but once we got the car home over 3 hours away the troubles began. After our second and last trip permit was nearing expiration, I reached out to PB and after a week of calling and emailing multiple people in multiple departments, it took looking up and CC'ing a dealer principal to get a response from our contact. While I am thankful that the dealer principal took care of the issue swiftly, it shouldn't require that kind of leg work just to get a response over email. Fast forward a couple years, it was time for me to cancel my GAP insurance early. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of dealing with the finance manager again. While I did not have to involve a dealer principal the second time, the finance managers customer service had only improved marginally and it took a week, yet again, just to confirm receipt of cancellation documents. I am a young professional who's income has doubled since my visit here, and I have purchased three vehicles since, including from dealerships. Unfortunately, I will never do business again with PB while the finance department is in its current state, and I would advise others to make sure their visit avoids that department entirely.

I went over what I wanted done and was provided an estimate. Car was taken into shop almost immediately. Received car back clean and within a reasonable time period. During wait, coffee, espresso, and cold drinks were available in lounge; as well as a variety of decent car magazines. Have had a good service experience every time I have been to Porsche of Bellevue the last 2 years or so. It is kind of a long haul to get there, but worth the effort for the caliber of service I have received thus far. Thanks guys!

I recently bought a 2015 Porsche Macan, After a month I had a check engine light. I took my car to the Porsche Bellevue service to get it fixed, I've been told it was just a recall there is no issue with the car. Literally after 2 days of receiving the car I got that check engine light again, I've tried reaching out to my service advisor many times, but he's not answering the phone or the text. The reason I bought a Porsche just because I needed that extra power, but now I have no turbo, and I'm slower than a freaking Toyota Corolla, worst experience ever.

When I purchased my Macan, I was told by the sales rep that the second key was lost, but they would take the responsibility of replacing it without cost. After waiting three months and after multiple inquiries about it status, I was told that the key replacement had arrived and I need to setup a service time because installation required about 2 hours of time. I made my car available on the requested time only to receive a call a couple hours later that they had ordered the wrong part and that there was no estimate as to when the correct part would be available.

No one answers the phone to make appointments, they'll send you to some virtual assist or push you to the website where you cannot request a loaner. When you do ask for a loaner, it's months out. Porsche Cars North America really needs to fix this dealer. The new service manager is actually nice but I shouldn't have to always call the manager for help

Bought my first car here, and had a tire replaced here for my first service appointment for the new car. Shopped around to make sure was not getting ripped off, and found the tire replacement cost to be reasonable. Good experience. So, I trusted Porsche Bellevue. However this changed after getting my oil changed. The total cost came out to be $530 for a Porsche Macan, around $110 for the oil. Ok so I asked what type of oil are you putting in, it clearly is the best. Nope, Mobil 1 full synthetic 0w20 can buy it on Amazon for under $30, get the oil filter for $10. So, I got up charged x3 on that. Asked about why it was so expensive? They said they could not compete with online whole-sellers. This response was odd because I could walk into Jiffy Lube or any local store and get the oil for around $30, furthermore if they are buying in bulk that comes with pricing power and typically can get a discount on the retail price. It's at least less than the retail price. Then I asked about the labor which constituted the other charge, around $330. (operation took around 1.3hrs so it's $220 per hour, more than a bougie software engineer makes working in dubai). Think about it there are 2080 hours in a year, and $220 per a hour equate to a salary of 460k.... To be fair, I'm not taking into account overhead, and they could have used two people but its still exorbitant. They mentioned that since they are in Bellevue things are more expensive and since they are authorized Porsche they do it better, make sure everything is done right. Then the attendant gave an example saying Porsche in Tacoma would be cheaper then Bellevue because of cost of living. Ok, I checked that out. Called Aker's Porsche which is in Seattle, same cost of living they quoted me $299 for the same service, these guys have worked on Porsches' for 50 years so definitely authorized. So this excuse had no legs. I also mentioned that I could get a oil change at Jiffy Lube for $150-$175. Their next excuse was that Jiffy Lube artificially depresses the price to drive in more customers. Everything they said did not make a lick of sense. The reason I was paying $230 more than Aker's Porsche for the same service, or x3 more than a similar service at Jiffy Lube did not make sense. My conclusion is that I was paying for the marbles on the floor. I will still use Porsche Bellevue because sometimes their pricing is sane, but I will unfortunately have to waste energy shopping around because I can't trust their rationale for why they do things (see the above contradictions) nor their pricing, almost usury. Sometimes they charge what they charge because they know their clientele generally doesn't care, and that's just wrong. Pricing should always be competitive. The service manager actually said they were not trying to be competitive with pricing when I spoke with him. That literally means charging almost 100% more than equivalent services from somewhere else (Aker Porche), or 350% more than a place like Jiffy Lube. When I told my family I just paid $530 for an oil change they started laughing. I mean it is funny in a ridiculous sort of way. The lyft driver as well. The whole situation was interesting. The attendants polite.

Was overall a good experience. The only negative was the check engine light was still on when I came to pick up the vehicle after the service had been completed. The Customer Service rep. had to take it back to the service area to ascertain the cause and fix it. This was concerning to me - because shouldn't someone have verified that the service on my vehicle was completed correctly and that all was well before releasing it as ready for pickup? How could a vehicle be released with its check engine light still showing - indicating there is some issue? It made me wonder on the quality control and due diligence process at the service station. Customer service rep. was gracious and attentive. I believe the cause of the check engine light being on was because of a loose oil cap/something minor and was handled promptly.

As usual at Porsche Bellevue the service was top notch. I was checked in quickly. Nicole, my service advisor laid out a thoughtful plan for the evaluation of my Cayman which is 15 years old but with low miles. The front brakes were marginal but they didn’t have them in stock so we teed up a follow up visit. There were no surprises on the bill. All in all, the Cayman has been trouble free as has been the service.

Somehow Porsche Bellevue manages to miss the opportunity to deliver good service. They keep doing this and it is frustrating. For example, I had a minor tire issue, a normal tire shop would have fixed it, but their policy is to replace the tire --I understand and agree with that. They called me and wanted my permission to replace both rear tires (the other rear tire was recently replaced at the same location and had less than 300 miles on it). I understand and I used to replace all 4 or both front or both rear at the same time, but no way would I replace a tire with 300 mile (not aged at all) with another new one. I asked their reason for replacing both and had them check the condition and let me know, they checked and told me the other tire is good. When I picked the car later that day, they told me they washed the car, the tire pressure was set to 33 for front and 36 for the rear. Actually the new tire had 38, and the car was not washed - no big deal -- About PSI 38, they told me I have to drive a few miles so the computer will adjust the correct PSI reading. Just to prove that they are wrong I left the new rear tire to 38, drove a few miles, drove all the way back to downtown Seattle from Bellevue, parked the car in my garage, next day I checked the pressure and it was still 38 on the newly installed tire -- nothing to do with the computer! I sent them a picture of the tire pressure, but at this time, they don't know what happened. Each service I did at this location, they managed to miss something. I do not want them to be perfect or 100% -- I usually lower my exceptions and am happy with 85%! but hate when they blame you or the computer and you have to prove to them it's not you or the computer -- it's their service!

I went on a test drive and mentioned I was interested in ordering the Taycan. Salesman Tony took my info and one day randomly texted if I was interested in one they had available. It has ended up being my favorite car ever! The stars just seemed to align and I was able to drive out of there later that day with my new Taycan and didn’t have to wait the 18 months that they’ve been on back order. I even had to attend an event between the time I shook on it and the time I picked it up. They handled everything and I didn’t have to be there. This is a happy review of my salesman, Tony, and a definite high five to the dealership. (I feel institutions have to meet a higher standard as they tend to transcend generations and are therefore expected to have finely-tuned practices.) He’s great and is always there to help. He remembers my requests thoroughly. The dealership in general seems a bit busy, but as honest as I’ve seen dealerships get and I trust them to do all my service work. A very honest and nice thing is it’s an AutoNation dealership so they charged me MSRP at a time where even Kia is charging 30% over MSRP. I’ve no reason not to go back for future purchases. It’s Porsche after all.

My service at Autonation Bellevue Porsche was mostly good. My car (2001 Boxster S) had a coolant leak. They diagnosed it as a deteriorating overflow tank. I sort of had a feeling that could’ve been the outcome so I did a preliminary check on OEM prices ($250-$350) on this tank. The price by autonation was $529. I eventually got a $100 discount. At the end of the day, they did replace my coolant overflow tank in a respectable amount of time. However I will do more service price shopping in the future.

This is a no price haggle used car dealership that happens to sale new Porsches as well. They tried to downgrade my trade by $1000 because my MB needed the “B” service. B service is about $305 as quoted to me by my local mechanic that I usually take my cars to. After mentioning this, they cut the trade from a $1000 to $500. In addition they took off for some minor scratches to a door and tire rims, but ironically they did not give me any booster for brand new tires. Shouldn’t be surprised, right? Just be aware that they, from whatever trade value you got off of Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds, the dealer will always find ways to devalue your trade as much as possible. The salesperson, Ron, was helpful and friendly. Seek him out for your new and used purchases. Tell him I sent you. ;-) The finance person tried to sale the various extended warranties. It was obvious he is commissioned on it. The doc fee was $200 instead of the usual $150. I didn’t haggle over this but in hindsight, I should have. Overall, good experience. Just a typical three hour car sales experience. Far too long as usual. Good luck in your next car shopping!

We took our vehicle in to replace two specific parts. Those parts were communicated well ahead of time. It took over 2 weeks for the team to fix the issue and order the correct parts. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. However, Jordan Franklin, the Assistant Manager of the Service Division recognized the delays and the missteps, and was incredibly professional. I would give Jordan a 5 star review and the rest of the experience a 1 start review. If you can have your vehicle managed by Jordan, you are in good hands.

Service repairs valet went over and above his job of greeting and made sure the parts department was available to secure windshield when only 3 were in stock, even before I met with Service Technician. I was able to schedule the repair to meet my schedule and receive a loaner for the estimated 3 day repair. Repairs plus regularly scheduled maintenance service, interior cleaning and exterior wash all completed in two day! Only process improvement I might suggest is that Porsche work directly with insurance Companies for coverage of glass replacement charges...now that would be over the top customer service.

Earlier this year, my service advisor let me know that there was a fluid leak at the timing belt cover. The repair required removing the engine. (Ended up removing the front of the SUV instead.) I was not pleased. Even though the car was not covered by warranty, my service advisor went to his management to represent my case. The car was purchased Certified and had less than 13K miles since purchase. Total mileage under 39K. The advisor went to his leadership in spite of my attitude with him. I can be a cranky old man. In the end, the dealership covered the cost of the repair. I received a notice from Porsche of America that I needed to bring in the car and get the air intakes upgraded. I called Bellevue Porsche, made an appointment for 6 weeks out and verified the parts were there. The car was brought in and 5 hours later I received a call that the parts were never in the states and they have no ETA on when the parts would be available. Bellevue Porsche took my 718 Boxster that hadn?t been started for several years. I bought the car with a dead battery ( from a private party) and was not able to test drive it. Bellevue Porsche sent me a video when they started working on the car. They showed the old oil being drained. They only replaced the things necessary and came under their service estimate by $1400. They washed the car and turned it over to me in perfect running order!

Buying a Porsche has been an amazing experience with Hana, Jared, and Ron. Ron was super knowledgeable on our Cayenne Coupe and got us a really good spec car. We also love our Chalk color. Hana is the best financial manager hands down that we?ve worked work. She got us the best possible rate and was really transparent. Jared helped us out when Hana and Ron were out. I also had a lower-than-I-would-have-preferred offer on my trade-in auto, but took care of this by selling it on F-book for a few thousand more. This dealership is in the home area of the Amazon and Facebook superclass, so as you might expect, they are not lacking for customers, and you might fear that attentiveness and service would suffer accordingly, but we found the staff here thorough and anxious to please. We came here because we had some bad reports on our local dealer (who has the same stock). We're loving our new ride--but then, I am a long-time Porsche enthusiast. If you find the sticker price on some of these autos shocking, you can always lease one, and PB has many customers who do that.

I bought my Porsche Macan at the Porsche Tacoma location, but live in Seattle so took it to the Bellevue store for service. Easy check in and when they found nothing wrong (I had issues with the lights and locking on the car) the Service Representative Lee took time to show me what I was doing wrong, (though my assigned representative was busy) without embarrasing me. Quick drop of process. Free loaner. Great store!

From getting on the waitlist, to configuring our 2022 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS, to getting the allocation, to picking up our 911, Matt at Porsche Bellevue provided first class service all the way! Overall, I had a great time at Bellevue, know that they are one of the busiest Porsche dealers in the USA. I had previously serviced my vehicle here, and the specialists have always been helpful with the process. Shopping for a car here had always been a fun experience (living near here helps though, as there are always some fun cars showing up). Working with Kevin have been a pleasurable experience, and essentially no pressure throughout the process. He was very clear about the steps to move forward, and made the whole trade-in process smooth. He took care of my car when a small issue arose, and definitely would recommend folks to work with him (especially if you need someone who can speak Chinese)

My wife and I came to Porsche Bellevue to look at a used Mercedes station wagon. Our contact person, Matt, had placed the car directly in front so that it caught our eye. We looked it over. Matt arranged a test drive. We immediately decided to buy the car (the third we had looked at in 24 hours). It was especially helpful that this dealership has a 5-day-return option, no questions asked. That meant we could get confirmation from our personal mechanic the next day and be confident we would not be surprised with a problem. Matt took care of the paperwork and then passed us on to Jarrod, who took our check and finished the rest of the paperwork. Thanks! It was a great experience, and we still like the car.

I have had my 911 serviced several times with Porsche Bellevue. I have had a very difficult time getting communication from the service department. In one case they kept my car for several weeks with no communication to me about the status, or an ETA. This week I had a similar experience, it has now been three days with no communication since I dropped off the car, leaving me not knowing if it has even been looked at yet, much less what is wrong or how long it might take to fix the issue. This recurring issue of poor communication leaves me not wanting to service my 911 with Porsche Bellevue.

Even with the challenges of Supply caused by Covid, the staff at Porsche of Bellevue went beyond my expectations on the build profile process answering every question I had, even giving me background of how different features would fit into my driving habits. Truly helpful. When the vehicle arrived Rob and the rest of the staff were very professional and tried to make my delivery into an experience. Lee, our service person, was on top of things, was super nice, and communicated clearly and on time. Very well done. The only downside of the service was the cleaning of the car - I'm not sure why the cleaning team bothered as the car was almost as dirty as before. Therefore the 4-star rating instead of the deserved 5-star based upon Lee's and the rest of the service.

Must be nice to be the only Porsche dealer in King County. Can?t even blame the Covid or employee shortage, the lack of efficiency and urgency at service side of this dealership is disappointing. When we picked up our car last week, there were three advisors and no other customers. Ours was on the phone. The other two were not with customers and appeared to be scrolling on their phones and did acknowledging us. After at least 5 minutes of us standing there, one of the agents asked if he could help. He did and it was quick and efficient, though you strangely always have to wait 10-15 minutes for them to pull your car around. And on this day we were the only people there! This is a repeat experience of what feels like apathetic service. The worst part, the advisor in the next office was watching a movie on her phone and flossing her teeth? Not even trying to look like she was working. Literally so gross and not ok. Over the last several years, we?ve owned Audi, Range Rovers and BMW?s and the Porsche service experience has been consistently disappointing in comparison.

I purchased a used vehicle from this company after an attempt with Carvana. Neither was easy. Yet, Porsche Bellevue prides itself on 43% of their business being from out of state, and they cannot provide you with the slightest information on how to register your vehicle in the state you purchased. They also remove the 250 mile 5 day no questions asked return policy if purchasing out of state! They appear to have no pride in what they sell…as I had the vehicle inspected once purchased and 3 major components were found….mis-matched tires on an all wheel drive vehicle, the cargo hatch privacy cover was missing and there was a 5 year old battery in the vehicle with less than 20% charge left in it. All of which they refused under the warranty.

Hi! So, I have tried to make this right with this dealership, but they are okay ignoring this. This week I was contacted by their "Acquisition Specialist" to purchase my used Toyota Tacoma. However, she never disclosed she was working for a dealership. She agreed to a price, twice, before saying she was from a dealership. Once I told her it was available to her, she then disclosed this information. I was willing to accept the deal and move on. However, 2 hours before the meeting she says she can't give me the agreed upon price. I have reached out to management, only to be ignored. I know Porsches are beautiful, but I'm sure there are other, more trust worthy, dealerships to work with. (Update: managenent doesn't care about thier bait and switch practices) Ps... I sold cars for a while, before I realized how they screw the consumer. Regularly. Sad to see its still true in the PNW.

I called the Bellevue WA dealer to order a 2022 Macan S with a 75k build. Salesperson George agreed to MSRP and had a spot for me on March 11 delivery May/June 2022. I was informed because I was an out of state buyer I would have to pay cash. Due to some charge backs from out of state buyers recently. He would take the deposit with AMEX. He took my built code. He told me he would would forward my build confirmation number shortly. I also forwarded the code on the Porsche App with all my info including my AMEX info for the deposit. The next day I didn’t hear anything so I call at 2pm I got his voice mail. No response so I called back at 530pm he picks up and tells me his sales manager told him no sales to OUT OF STATE BUYER. No common courtesy simply no class. Georges word is a joke. I am not a dealer or a flipper just a guy how has owned three 911s in the past. George word is worthless and dealer GM could careless about the dealership brand! BUYER BEWARE

Over several visits, Matt Hobden was great at answering my long list of questions, helping me understand the many options, arranging a test drive, entering a special build code into the Porsche system, and keeping me updated with the build status despite delays due to global supply chain dynamics. The new car was delivered as ordered with no issues or surprises, and the Porsche Bellevue team made the final transaction a positive experience. Wonderful! Perhaps an opportunity to improve the experience is for Porsche Bellevue to provide more information about the additional products and services they offer (extended warranty, equipment protection, service contract, etc.) well before completing the sale of the car. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy extended by the Porsche Bellevue team and look forward to doing further business with this dealer.

Vent for the Day* So, at the beginning of September, I purchased a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE from Porsche of Bellevue. I was irritated with the sale because the vehicle only came with one key and they refused to throw in a second key at no cost to me. (Land Rover of Fife did it for me when I purchased my first Range Rover.) I have been waiting for my plates to come in. They finally call me today to inform me that my plates are in and they wanted to confirm my mailing address. Cool. During this call, the guy tells me they miss quoted me the price of the license and I owe them FIVE DOLLARS! He informed me that in order for my plates to be sent to me, I had to pay them FIVE DOLLARS! Are you SERIOUS!? They were going to hold my plates over FIVE MEASLEY DOLLARS!? I could not believe they would not pay the $5 for the plates! I will NEVER do business with Porsche of Bellevue again! FIVE DOLLARS!?

Porsche Bellevue tried to scam me with Bait and Switch and False Advertisement! I called, arranged an appointment, set up financing, and travelled 4+ hours to buy a vehicle advertised online from Porsche Bellevue. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, the wheels were different than the ones advertised and in photos. I had to check the VIN because I thought it was the wrong car altogether.. When I asked about the wheels, I was told they were misplaced during transit but they’re around, and they’d come up with them. I asked to put that in the contract and then I was referred to the sales manager with my concern. He told me the wheels are as good as gone, they sold the wheels off this car in another deal, they’re not making price adjustments- and as for the car to take it or leave it! 👍🏽 I decided to leave it after I called the parts department and learned that the cost to replace the now missing wheels and tires was $10,486 So in summary: Porsche Bellevue will knowingly misrepresent their products, they’re willing to charge you for products you won’t receive, they will not value your time, and your $10k customer concerns are annoyances to them!

Coming into Porsche of Bellevue to buy a used Jeep didn't feel like the most spectacular sale, never the less Horst K. treated us all the same. We felt that our time and business was valued and respected. Horst was not only professional but personable to make the experience much more comfortable. The jeep alone was a great addition to our family and at an amazing price. Overall we had a great experience. They will be our first stop next time we are in need of an upgrade.

CPO vehicle was purchased and driven off the Porsche Bellevue lot in Apr 2021. Two months later, Porsche Bellevue has not transferred title to me, nor has it forwarded the state sales tax or registration fees that I paid to them to my state/county agencies. As a result, I can not register the vehicle in my home state and can not get plates or registration emblems. I can not legally drive the vehicle that I purchased from Porsche Bellevue because the dealer has not followed through with the documentation of the sale. They have received money from me for fees and services that they have not provided. My inquiries to Porsche Bellevue are ignored. Their business practices fall well short of what I expect from a Porsche dealer.

Eight weeks after my purchase, Bellevue Porsche has not followed through on their obligations and commitments regarding transfer of title or registration for the vehicle. Most importantly, Bellevue Porsche has not transferred title to me or to the vehicle registrations agencies in my home state. Bellevue Porsche insisted that I pay my home state sales tax on the vehicle and vehicle registration fees to them, with assurances that "They will take care of everything". There is no evidence that they have forwarded the sales tax or the registration fees to the appropriate agencies in my state. Because I lack any title documents, my local vehicle registration agency will not register the vehicle or provide plates or emblems. Two months after the purchase, I am not able to register or legally drive the car in my state. Bellevue Porsche has stopped responded to my repeated inquiries. They have not demonstrated any concern or responsibility for the problems. I have effectively been abandoned by Porsche Bellevue.

I was in market for a new car after my existing lease expired. I went in to have a look at the Cayenne, that is where I met Rob Williamson. He is a tremendously knowledgeable, friendlier, respectful and a great person. I flew to the dealership over a month ago to pick up a Pre-owned Cayenne GTS. I worked with Horst and he was amazing from beginning to end. I'm a bit of a car nut (as many P-Car owners are) and tend to get obsessed over the details. After many vehicle purchases over my lifetime (and I'm old), this was one of the best. The overall process inclusive of communication was stellar; all the details were on point resulting in an EASY and ENJOYABLE process. When I flew in, it was raining - Horst had the car detailed and and brought into the showroom (I didn't request this - I think it's a testament to his service and care); so I can look her over with a magnifying glass. =) I also worked with Jared J in Finance on an extended warranty and had the same awesome experience. Horst had the car shipped backed to California via covered transport which only took a few days - they delivered my beauty WAY ahead of schedule. Thank you Bellevue Porsche and the previous owner for pampering her. We will continue to take great care of her - while every other car here is a silent Tesla, all my small children are demanding we drive with the panoramic sun roof jopen to hear the amazing sound of that V8 pumping music thru PSE - life is short. Found the vehicle online and contacted Stephen. He was very responsive and sent me pictures of everything on the car. He even pointed out a wheel that needed repairs which he arranged to have done before our cayenne was shipped. Riley helped us when we arrived and rushed our vehicle through service in one day,, and down to the shipping company to make it on the boat that night. The only negative I had was that they would not work with out of state financing, due to covid dmv issues from what I understood. But still a good experience.

I brought my Boxster in to have a newly installed rear control module coded for my car. When it was all completed, none of the control module functions worked (convertible top, etc). I understand this can likely be attributed to another cause that requires more troubleshooting, so I didn?t raise any concerns in that regard although it was very disappointing. But what really bothered me was the fact that my windows were suddenly unable to close all the way and I was just left to drive home with my windows stuck partially open. When I dropped the car off initially the windows closed just fine. I wish there had been an effort to at least get my windows operational again but I was just sent home with a whole new problem to deal with on my own. So basically I feel like I paid $192 to get a car wash and a whole new problem to deal with. And now since my windows are stuck open I have to keep a cover on the car to prevent the interior from getting damaged by the rain.

March 12, 2021 we brought our Porsche Cayenne in because the back hatch was not closing properly. Although we had been scheduled for an appointment with Landon, upon our arrival we were told that there was no appointment by another service provider, Justin. Justin was polite and professional and set us up with a loaner vehicle (we?d driven 2.5 hours from home). In the afternoon, we were told that a strut (hydraulic arm) on the hatch needed to be replaced, that the part would need to be ordered, and that all pre authorization from our warranty would be completed. When we hadn?t heard back from Justin, we called March 23 and left a voice message for Justin after the parts department said they didn?t see any parts ordered for us. On March 26 I received a text from Justin stating, ?The extended warranty of the vehicle is going to require an inspection and the vehicle to be here while the claim gets authorized. Parts are now here but I will have to set up a time where the car can be with me for 2-3 days so I can get it fully authorized and repaired.? After a few more texts, he texted on March 27 to say he would check the schedule when he got back into the office. That was six days ago. Meanwhile, I called the warranty company who says they?ve never received a request for authorization and I have no idea why they would need a ?full inspection? that would require leaving the car for three days. I am hoping that this will be resolved although, after three weeks, things are not looking good and I cannot, based on our experience, recommend Porsche Bellevue.

Brought my 2016 Porsche Cayman S in for an exhaust inspection and diagnosis-rogue resonance vibration occurred (2) or (3) times in the last few weeks, then went away. Confirming no issues back there. Shop was quick and to the point. Was out in a relatively short time with no issues. Bellevue Porsche is (3) for (3). My only issue is that they did not clarify that they would be performing a partial multi-point, checked tire pressures, and did what appeared to be a foam (touchless) quick wash. I did not need these additional services at this time. Perhaps next time ask about these up front so status can be garnered and any additional work be performed at client's discretion/direction.

I found out my new Mecan has a small hairline fracture damage on the left rear door the day I picked up my car. It was hardly noticed but Megan quickly ordered a new one and scheduled a time to install it. We had a new handle the following week. They don?t vacuum out your car or clean the windows. Be aware they will drive your new Porsche through a car wash if you don?t tell them not too. Maybe offer a hand wash for a small charge nothing like getting your car back with smudges All over glass and on paint

I understand that perhaps we were not the “ biggest spenders,” but we did spend and put our faith in the company to follow through in a timely manner on what we have already paid for, or at least give us the courtesy of a call.

I have purchased four new 911's and this was the most confusing purchase ever. The car did not leave the LA docks for nearly two months after it came to America because of some EPA type certification delay. Thereafter, when it arrived, there was a mix up in the pricing that took too long to get fixed. I am particularly disappointed in my sales team who played dodge-ball for weeks rather than owning up to the mistake. It took intervention of the General Manager to make things right, which he did in a most gracious manner.

I recently was helped by Nicole P. Normally I work with Landon, who has been stellar, as well. I had a car that would not start, after a few failed jump attempts. The car also had a differed part replacement that she got scheduled, as well. Nicole helped me get the car scheduled for a AAA drop off. The car got inspected, and she texted me the issues, cost and timeframe for the repair. She got the car done quicker than expected, communicating clearly (through text) the whole way. The invoice i signed is what she communicated originally. The car was also meticulously cleaned. Appreciated, but unexpected. I love my Porsche, and I wouldn’t take it any other dealer.

Landon (our Service Advisor) and Jamie (Service Manager) went out of their way to help my wife and I with a unique situation involving an infuriating extended warranty company...on top of providing us with excellent service at several previous routine maintenance visits. Our 2016 Macan S had a coolant line crack right as we were getting home one day, which spewed coolant everywhere in the engine bay. The pump just kept on pumping, so coolant was sprayed EVERYWHERE under the car. Even though the car would still "go", we knew engine damage would occur (due to overheating) if allowed to run for more than a few brief minutes without coolant circulating around the engine block, so we immediately parked it and had it towed-in to Porsche Bellevue the next morning. My wife and I had purchased a very comprehensive $4,500 third-party extended warranty (not from Porsche), when we bought the vehicle (slightly used). This is the top of the line offering from this warranty company and covers pretty much everything except for tires and brakes. Having had to use it on one previous occasion and having no issues with coverage that first time (work also performed here at Porsche Bellevue), we weren't too worried about this coolant line issue (besides the annoyance of it happening), because we knew our policy had us covered 100%, except for a $100 deductible. Turns out that this outfit, working directly with our Porsche Bellevue Service Advisor, was refusing to pay for the repair, because they didn't consider it to be a covered item since the coolant line that fractured happened to be manufactured out of plastic. The policy does state that certain plastic components weren't covered, but it also explicitly stated that "coolant lines" WOULD be covered (making no mention of the material that the lines had to be fabricated from, in order to be covered). Anyway, the third-party company just kept pushing back, likening this plastic "line" part (which is hard plastic and is BOLTED to the manifold) to something like a flexible rubber HOSE (hoses are not covered), but eventually, Landon and Jamie got them to understand and got it covered. Really appreciate their efforts on this and the general friendliness of them and everyone else we've encountered there. Porsches ain't cheap, but they sure are fun and our experiences at Porsche Bellevue have been great.

Don’t purchase any warranties until you read them as the finance group basically misinformed me about the coverage, only to find out when actually needed. No one seems interested in understanding the issue at the dealership. After speaking to the Finance Manager and being promised a call back, I’m still hanging in the wind after 3 additional voicemails and a note to the GM. I also called a few times and literally couldn’t get an operator or any live person to actually pick up the phone.

There were moments where I felt really taken care oof as a consumer and then I was very disappointed at every turn and point of communication. The process to buy the car took forever. They told us they would mail our plates but lost them and only followed up on sending them to us after we called numerous times. They owe us a second key and have been delinquent in getting it to us. Everyone seemed nice, but from a business perspective they were quite horrible and not what you would expect from a high class establishment.

This dealer asking $500 for oil change on my cayenne 2015 diesel. Are you crazy?? I do my self and spend less $ 70.- oil/filter ( Original OEM filter and Movil1 factory recommended oil ) and I buy the computer at Amazon to reset the services and oil change light. super easy, computer cost $150. Oil change time 1.5 Hs . Amazing savings!! Porsche dealer drops the cost, you guys are abusers.

On 10/17/20, my spouse and I purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 TDI from Porsche Bellevue. The Q5 is my daily driver. I love the car and specifically wanted the TDI engine. Our experience: The good: Set up an appointment before arrival, and Audi Q5 was upfront and ready to view/test drive Fair market value price on the car per Kelly Blue Book and True Car Did not feel pressured to purchase the car Finance Manager Hana Kim was great. Hana was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a thorough job explaining finance and extended warranty options. Andrew on the Service Team has been very proactive and customer-centric with the windshield replacement (had chip/crack in it, dealer replaced with no cost to me) and key fob order (dealer could not find 2nd key fob or ER key, dealer order/replaced both at no cost to me). The not so good: Tires: We identified and pointed out to the salesperson, Greg the tires had uneven tread wear. One rear tire was brand new (replaced by dealer due to sidewall damage), the other rear tire was very worn, and the front two tires were okay but not the same wear as the rear two. The car is an all-wheel-drive (AWD), and all tires should be replaced as a set, not individually. Greg looked them over, pulled, and showed us the detailed used vehicle inspection report. I informed Greg of my concern with the one new tire vs. the other three and the AWD factor. He and the Sales Manager reviewed the tires and informed us it would be on us to replace the tires at our cost after purchase as the dealer had met the certification standards. I pushed back about the AWD drive factor and asked the dealer to replace the worn rear tire so at least the back two tires would match. My question was barely entertained, and the answer was I could have them replaced on my own after purchase. After much thought, we did purchase the Audi. A few days later, Les Schwab confirmed the back two tires should have been replaced together, if not all four. I replaced the three remaining with brand new tires. It was immediate out of pocket expense that was not necessary. Porsche Bellevue should have replaced both rear tires at a minimum before offering the vehicle for sale, if not all four tires.

Brought car into Bellevue Porsche for an oil change and a clean up of engine bay (due to another dealership's poor workmanship). Landon set me up and I was out in 3 hours. Professional and sharp-these guys did a great job on my car. Great Customer Service by Justin! Our locking lug bolt key had been stripped by Porsche Beaverton (Oregon) during a routine 40K service. The service advisor told me the only thing he could do was order a new "key" from Porsche Germany. He didn't know when it would arrive. I called Porsche Bellevue (Washington) and they said to bring the vehicle in and they could fix my problem. Justin checked us in and looked at the key. He said that he could probably fix the problem, if I was willing to purchase the parts. Justin was able to remove all four (4) lug bolts and replaced the old bolts with new ones, while the vehicle was sitting in the check in area, in under 15 minutes!!! I only had to pay $129 for the new parts. No service charge. NOW, THAT IS GREAT ***** CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be driving the 400 mile round trip to get my Porsches service at Porsche Bellevue in the future.

Justin Monson our service tech was awesome, the organization of the parts department not so much. The parts department initially ordered the wrong parts then by mistake installed used parts and it was frustrating but in the end they got the car put back together well and it is great, just a delay. The only thing I would add is that the only department that answers a phone is sales, cant even leave a message on the main line. I guess they have cut staff do to Covid, can understand but it is frustrating when you are looking for updates. So hint for now, if you ever have a question call the sales department, they answer the phone and do a nice job of getting you a response.

One of my worst customer service experience at any dealerships. Service appointment was a big disappointment due to numerous issues: 1. There was no communication about the expectations of my appointment (length of appointment, arranging for a loaner car or a ride since waiting room is closed). I was completely blindsided when I dropped off my car. I was not offered a loaner nor a ride. 2. Expectations were set by the customer service rep. but not followed through or met. Service rep. promised to contact me within a couple hours and update me on the status of the work on my vehicle. This expectation was set by him (not by me). Yet, I did not hear from him for 4+ hours and ended up having to contact him regarding the status. 3. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up and yet when i came to pick up my car (a couple hours after the notification), my Macan was not ready to be picked up and I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for my vehicle. 4. Service rep. had indicated he was going to schedule an appointment with the body shop for fixing a dent on my car. This did not happen and despite multiple follow-ups, this remains unresolved. Why make promises if you are not going to deliver on them??

911 went in for standard annual oil change (13k miles), ended up having struts and coils replaced, coolant system dismantled and replaced. Parts had to be ordered from Germany. Oh, and they did the oil change. A morning stay ended up from 13th to 27th. As usual, the service dept was spotless, intake process smooth and quick. I have only one gripe on this visit and that is that I had to prod the customer rep several times to get updates, and did not always get replies to texts. I also left a vmail to try and get a response. I finally did get a response and the rest of the process was fine. Otherwise, this is the best service dept I have ever been to.

The service was great - the transfer case had to be replaced and it took ~4 days to resolve. A bit longer than I would have liked but had a loaner. But here's the bad part, my car was ransacked and things i had in the console, glove box and back end were stolen including my car registration, wheel locks, miscellaneous tools and personal items. Guess Porsche dealer doesn't lock their cars when not being attended - good lesson for me in the future.

Took my newest purchased but used 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for a much needed alignment. Not only did they fully align all four corners but also provided me a detailed report (I like lots of information) of the alignment before and after, gave it a bath, as well as an inspection which gave me a current “snapshot” of the condition of the rest of this beast of a machine! The best part? The staff treated me very well and answered all of my questions! Thank you to everyone from my service advisor to the tech that took care of my ride, you guys are awesome!

Scheduling was simple however, requesting a preferred Porsche Certified Technician and team proved to be a trying experience. Initially upon booking appointment, made a request for Porsche Technician: Sully (whom I have enjoyed a historical relationship with prior vehicle) to service my 2019 Macan S. Upon receiving appointment confirmation, it was apparent that my request did not materialize. Therefore, I took it upon myself to forward the appointment confirmation directly to Sully with a request for him to perform the work. Sully was successful in transferring my Macan S to his service team's queue and complete the service. I am very satisfied with Sully's work!

I recently brought my Boxster in for a routine service. Several issues were identified. The car was in the shop for over 2 weeks. Communication was abysmal. I had to call or text to find out what was happening. There seemed to be poor communication between the technicians and the service contact.. Here's a quote from a Text I received: "We ran into a little snag on your Porsche. The technician needed to remove the intake for part of the repair and did not know it was needed as part of the repair...". They ordered new tires which turned out to be 2017 tires though new. They nicely discounted those and didn't charge me labor for fitting. However the whole experience was disquieting and I will certainly never return to Bellevue Porsche. This is totally different to my experience when this was Barrier Porsche.

I went to buy Porsche Macan today, May 17, 2020, in the Porsche Bellevue center and my sales consultant was Kevin Shi. I am taking the time to write down this feedback because Kevin Shi's demeanor was very unprofessional and rude. He seemed to be misinformed about the store's stock and kept on feeding cooked up information. 1 - When I asked him the price of 2019 Macan, he replied "mid-sixties" but when I saw them later, it was just around 53K. 2 - When I asked him about financing options, he mocked my credit score by saying "730 is pretty below average" 3 - When I requested a test drive, he unapologetically said "Gas tank needs to be filled. Wait for 15 mins". Also, he was extremely disrespectful and totally turned my morale down to buy a Porsche. I have had experience with Mercedez and Toyota's sales consultants before and I am sorry to say this but the Toyota Sales Person was much better at his job than Kevin Shi in my opinion.

I purchased my 2012 911 at Bellevue Porsche in 2016, and I have had it serviced there since. The purchase process was seamless and actually pleasant. The service department is top-notch and the personnel are very skilled. The only downside is the price, but other than an annual service I haven't needed to take my car in for anything anyway.

My service advisor always keeps me informed before and during my service appointment. This time the waiting room was closed due to Covid19 so she reached out to see if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and to let me know that they are not currently offering shuttles elsewhere. I opted to go for a walk. When the problem was discovered to be more serious and I would need to leave my Cayenne for a few days, she called me and had arranged a loaner car for me. I appreciate her forward- looking care. Will I be back? Definitely!

After a few years of driving German cars such as Mercedes Audi and Porsche I now am somewhat familiar With some of the maintenance process I also have an associate degree in mechanical engineering I know there’s a labor fee applied to repairing and or maintenance at the dealership or any other facility. This past time I went to Porsche Bellevue for alignment however after spending my whole day off there and five hours later I was surprised to be notified the following statement via text. {Just wanted to update you on your Porsche. We attempted to perform the alignment and the tie rods are seized and we cannot adjust. We recommend replacing them to start. Also, the washer fluid system is not working and the front hood struts are weak and not holding. Would you like me to diagnose the washer system issue? } And asking $2200 for just tie rod replacement also $485 for alignment They eventually charged me $300 for just diagnostic fee I honestly do not care about the money but opening up a very easy and loose screw, should’ve not been that hard. I literally went home and did that myself and took my car to a different shop to get the alignment done without a lift or jack or any other professional tools I just thought that was very unprofessional.

My case involved the classic example of I have this issue and you show up at the dealership and the car doesn't do it. Landon was able to keep the car for a few days and did their best to replicate the concern. They did and managed to find the fix as well. I took my 2018 GTS to Porsche Bellevue for my 10000 service on 01/17/2020. I was in and out in a bit over 2 hours. Everything was lovely. Free coffe, etc. The building was clean and beautiful. But for my main purpose, getting the oil change, etc they failed me. I drove my car back to Seattle to and by the time I got there, I had the oil warning message in the photo below. I called the service manager and he asked me to bring the car back. They checked it and apparently put more oil in the car. So for my first experience with Porsche Bellevue it was a fail. Bought a new 2018 Panamera 4 here. When we came to pick up the car it had not been detailed since sitting on the showroom floor, and having people in it, small but disappointing. The closing paperwork took 4 hours to complete, even though we were paying cash, because they messed up the paperwork even though I specifically asked them about the payment process beforehand. The biggest issue was after having driven the car for a day I notice one of the options (I again specifically asked and confirmed came with in car in writing) was not actually present, after a back and forth with the sales person, I spoke with the Sales manager who agreed to have the missing option installed at their cost, which resolved the issue.... I have to take the car back to the dealer to have the option taken care of. The fact that all this went on with what should of been a simple and pleasant purchase has left me a little weary of doing business here again. I love the car, but their sales staff did not even know that this model still comes with a CD player, the response when asked was, I don't think so, who listens to CD's anymore anyway. Not - Yes it does, its actually kept in the glovebox.....

I recently bought a 2019 Cayenne-S at Porsche of Bellevue about three weeks ago, after the first two week the car is died on my, cannot start, cannot open any door, everything went off/dark. I had to contact roadside assist, came to my house to jump the car, even the technician said that he’s never seen this before… I contact Porsche of Bellevue for service, they told me that it’s just the Campaign that has been sent to customers about vehicle powered up… After that, I brought the car to dealership for service, left it there for three days, they couldn’t find out what happened and couldn’t figure out what was the problem, they end up told me that because of my aftermarket cigarette car USB charger, they also told me that I need to unplug the charger every time not using the vehicle… I’ve been used the same type of USB charger on my other cars (Mercedes Benz, Acura, Toyota and Lexus), nothing ever happens… They even told me that I need to buy a high end charger that has a sleep mode or auto-discharge, this is really B/S… I told them that as my understanding, there shouldn’t be any power in the cigarette Aux plug when you turn off the car and lock it, even if you leave the charger in the plug. Power or battery power should be cut off. If one electrical wire get connected wrong, it might drain out the battery. I did regretted to purchase the 2019 Cayenne-S at Porsche of Bellevue. Would you trust the vehicle when driving far away from home..! Don’t really know when it will die on you again…! After the incident, I contacted Porsche USA customer service and they suggest me to talk to other Porsche dealerships for advises… I’ve spoken to service manager/advisor from Porsche of Tacoma (at Fife) and Porsche of Bellingham dealerships, they both told me that there shouldn’t be any power in the cigarette Aux plug if the vehicle is working fine and correctly, all power should be cut off after maximum 30 minutes, when you turn off and lock your vehicle, that’s a safety issue. When you turn off the engine, get out, lock the car and walk away, all used power sources should be disconnected, except dome light and interior motion sensor (if get selected to turn on). Porsche of Tacoma also suggest me to bring the car in for service department to take a look and do some tests.

I have had very good experience with Porsche Bellevue service since I moved to the area. I especially enjoy working with Mathew Moody. The location is close to where I live and work. Mathew is professional and also helped me with minor issues timely in between scheduled services. The ambience is inviting. Depending on what service you need, you can request for a Porsche loaner in advance. I’m glad this dealership is not in Seattle. I hate driving my car across the lake. My car runs no more than 750 miles per year. I hope Porsche Bellevue will help me maintain my car for years to come.

Caveat emptor. The "pre-owned vehicle 125 point inspection" may not be reliable so I would recommend full document verification before purchase. For me it would have saved a lot of effort and cost. I accept responsibility for having purchased the vehicle without 3rd party inspection. In my case the GM has been reasonably responsive in helping correct a few of the issues, the rest I have corrected myself. I do not want nor would I accept anything further on this case and appreciate the GM's assistance to this point.

Love driving my Cayenne and my Carrera, but the service department at Porsche Bellevue doesn't live up to the Porsche brand. Both cars in for routine service, plus a new battery (in stock) for the Carrera. VERY difficult to reach anyone in service once I dropped off the cars. Had to call Parts to talk to someone real time. As a result, Porsche Bellevue had the Carrera Thurs-Mon for what should have been a same-day service. Both cars came back with low tire pressure (-5 lbs on at least two tires each). Was hoping that to make matters right they'd at least offer a credit for the labor for a battery "install" but no such luck.

I'm having a terrible experience w/ the service department. They seem unreachable. They have an appointment person who has also been of very little help. Basically, my car started making some loud noises that make me nervous to drive my vehicle. The car should still be under warrenty. Rather than arrange to pick it up, or help me get w/ a replacement car, I was told the soonest they would look at it is in 2 weeks. I set up an appointment, but the car has been sitting in my garage all this time. In addition, the appoinment person hasn't followed up with me regarding if they are picking up my car, nor can I get through to anyone in the department. I left a message w/ one of the service managers over a week ago, and he never returned my call. I understand that they are understaffed, but this level of lack of communication is ridiculous.

I have been to this service center at least 5 times now. They have never been able to actually keep in touch with me as a customer. They never have a Porsche available, so you get an Enterprise rental car (I got a Chevy Spark in the winter once in place of my 911 Carrera 4S with AWD). This time when I went for service, it was because my car said Fault Engine Control Possible to continue on and went into 5mph mode. I took it immediately to the dealership (after restarting the car) and they were kind enough to take it in. I waited an hour to get a rental car, but they ran out, so I had to take the shuttle to work. I called all day and received no answer. I finally called their sister dealership next door and got a hold of someone there who tried to contact someone at Porsche--no luck. I finally had a friend drive me home since I had no status on my car and no car to get home. BTW, this is the 4th time that this has happened. I usually have to go to the dealership to find out what is going on with my car because I have never actually be contacted by the service manager or anyone at the dealership. It turns out that I needed new rear brakes and a new battery and there was a problem with the rear window that's under warranty that they said they would fix. I shopped around by calling competition to negotiate some level of price match, I am grateful they did that. So, after finding out that my service manager has quit and it was his last day (he's the 2nd one within 6 months who has quit), I was somewhat irate. My wife contacted them this time and was able to get someone on the phone (Nicole is a gem and is the only reason for 2 stars) and she got me a Cayenne S to drive until my repairs were done. Additionally, they'd given me a free full detailing card 8 months ago that I couldn't fulfill because they told me they were too busy and would need the car for at least 4 days. They were able to accommodate me this time. Well, here's the rub. My expectation is that when I give my car to a dealership service center it should return to me in better shape than it went there in. After 9 days in the service center, the rear window still doesn't close and the convertible roof now rattles like a cheap VW. They quite literally broke my car. Now I have to take it back and get them to fix it and I know they're going to give me a crappy rental for several days. Grrr. The worst part is that I loved the Cayenne S and my wife did as well, but we can't justify the headache of owning another Porsche under warranty. This service center has lost my trust in the brand. I don't even want to own their stock anymore. I only go here because the car is under warranty. I will find somewhere else afterwards.

It was a level 2 service for my Boxster and everything was done properly from what I can see. It was a busy day when I arrived but everything went very smoothly. My service manager was with another customer so another service manager checked me in and arranged a ride to my work a few blocks away. Everything was done by 5 pm, a courtesy shuttle picked me up, and check out was also very smooth.

I had a scheduled service appointment to drop off my car for servicing on a Thursday. It was scheduled to be worked on Friday and I was scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. When I arrived to the dealership on Thursday to drop off my car, I was told it would not be ready on Saturday. Instead, I was told it would be ready "sometime next week". I was told when dropping off my car, that some technicians were not available. Since this issue was known before I arrived to drop off my car, the dealership should have contacted me and given me the opportunity to reschedule. This did not happen and I was without my car for five additional days (seven days total). Very poor experience.

I’ve owned 2 Porsche 911’s and a 718 Boxster and I can thoroughly say this is by far the worst customer service Porsche dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t return calls promptly or emails. I’ve waited 4 days from them to see if they got my wire for the purchase of my new car. I had email them then wait 4 hours for a response saying that they didn’t receive it. This will be the first and last time I will EVER DEAL WITH THEM.

My car was in the shop for a month because of slow service and ordering incorrect parts. Then when I came to pick it up it was not washed and on the driver side window there was a massive piece of tape residue about 18"x3" where they had put either a sticker or tape and not removed the residue. Also on the inside of my front window was the same thing. I had to take my car in three times to repair the same item because they sent it home without being fixed. They would tell me they would call on Monday to give me an update and not call till 3 or 4 days later only to tell me it would be another week and then the same thing would happen. The day I was suppose to pick it up, no one would call for three or four days and then the call I got was to tell me it would be another week. I was without a car for a month!

I was thinking of selling my 2014 Porsche cayenne diesel platinum edition to the dealer, because of the Porsche scandal of selling the unqualified car to our customers in 2014. I went to Porshe store in Bellevue, Steve was supposed to taking my case, he took my keys and gave to someone named Joe without informing us. Joe is very unfriendly and impolite, he didn't talk about the situation in the car with us, and not even explain anything about the price to us. This lady who did the paper work was the high pressure salesman wanting me buy everything from oil changes to lojacking to even suggesting I should lease cars since I turn my cars around evey 3 years (like who wants to basically rent a car for life). She also did not want to honor the fix it ding in the door as the salesman said would happen. All got worked out and I left with the car I wanted at the price I could afford but never want to deal with that 'paper lady' again. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have purchased 2 new porsches from Barrier Porsche, which was purchased by AutoNation after my purchases. Some of the wonderful people who were there are still there, but many new faces, and the dealership is not anywhere near as welcoming and friendly as it was before AutoNation stepped in. I still enjoy the great people I have known for 10+ years, but the feel of the entire dealership is sterile now when it used to be warm and inviting. It's like walking into any other car dealership now, which is exactly opposite to why I originally bought 2 Porsche's from Barrier in the first place. I love my cars, I love my memories of Barrier Porsche, I love the folks I have known for 10 years, but I only like what Bellevue Porsche is today. I hope I can love it in the future, but that's not up to me, it's up to the autoNation people to bring back the warmth and inviting nature of this once great Porsche dealership. I hope this happens sooner than later, for myself and the great people that work at Bellevue Porsche, because I honestly feel they would also benefit from a more warm and personal atmosphere.

Post sales experience not ideal, sold me a car with summer tires in Seattle on an All Wheel Drive Car. When I brought it to their attention, their advice was do not drive this in winter but sell your on Craigslist and put an "All Season Tire". Never experienced post sales support like this. Worst customer service ever. Staff is extremely unprofessional and impolite. Here's why: Scheduled an appointment to have my tail light repaired at 930a. When I bring my car to the drop off garage, staff ignores you until you ask for their help and attention. I arrive on time for my 930a appt, but it's not until 1015a that they bring my car into the repair garage?? How do I know it took that long? Well I sat in front of their huge observation window in the waiting room, of course! Eventually, they pull me from the waiting room and tell me that they have cleared the "check right tail light" text warning on the instrument panel computer display. They print me a service summary saying that the problem has been repaired and is functioning properly and send me on my way As soon as I turn the car on, I notice the warning message to "check right tail light." I walk to the back of the car to check out the newly replaced tail light and guess what? It still doesn't work. This makes me wonder if the service repair man even checked his work after performing the "repair" and printing out his falsified repair summary. Furthermore, how did the person who drove my car from the service garage to the pick-up garage miss the "check right tail light" warning blatantly displayed on the instrument panel?? To make things worse, my bumper just under the tail light was covered in grease marks in the exact area they performed the repair, AND I find a new scratch in the paint!The women in the service dept tells me that she cannot be sure that they are responsible for the scratch...excuse me?? So they bring my car back for repair for a second time and offer me a loaner so I don't have to sit around and wait. The service woman repeatedly promises to call as soon as the repair is finished. I leave for several hours and return to the dealership hoping the car is ready even though I haven't received any calls from them. When I get there, the service woman tells me the car was completed nearly 2 hours ago. Why didn't she call to tell me? Did she FORGET that she repeatedly assured me that she'd call as soon as it was ready?? The good news is the tail light was actually fixed this time! The bad news is that they still did not take responsibility for the paint scratch. Eventually, we get the service manager involved in paint correction to remove the scratch. I bring the car in at a later date and they give me a loaner while they correct the paint. Several days later, I am informed the car is "ready" and I return pick it up. Guess what? Not only is the car not washed (as promised by the service manager), but the scratch is still on the bumper! WTH happened now?! Turns out, they mixed my car up with someone else's. So while my car sat on their lot with the scratch still on it, someone else got a free paint correction. Again I wonder, do they EVER check their work?? About 2 weeks after all this started, my paint was finally corrected! I decided to email the dealership's service manager and general manager about my experiences. Surely they would find this type of service unsatisfactory as well, right?? WRONG. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard back from them....not surprising. I'll be driving a Tacoma for all my future service needs. Would you trust this dealership with your car? I hope not.

Dropped off my Cayman S for just a routine service and picked up a loner, Service Mason and others were all pleasant, I got back a little before it was promised and went next door to get something to eat, Mason stopped by to drop Car off and keys, There is a reason I do not mind driving 70 miles one way for service. Still early for the car at 11K miles but she drives like the dream the day I took it off the lot one year ago. Looking forward to many more years of satisfaction. There is a reason I skipped dealerships in Fife and this just supports I made the correct decision.

I think the service here is awful and even my initial buying experience was unsatisfactory. Lately they never answer the phone or call me back. I spent 20+ mins on hold just last week, kept getting transferred to voice-mails and STILL never got a call back. It's hard to get in, and loaners take forever. My expectations are so low at this point that I don't even ever want to take my car there for service, particularly since I live in Seattle. That said, when I'm actually there in person the people are polite and friendly. They just need to figure out a way to better triage customers or everyone they deal with will be unhappy.

I purchased my first Porsche 911 from then Barrier Porsche in 2006, followed by 2 Cayennes. It has not always been the easiest relationship working with Barrier Porsche. However since the take over by Auto Nation the situation is unbelievably worse. In February I experienced an uncontrolled, rapid acceleration of my 2013 Cayenne S from a stationary position. It is only due to luck that no one was killed and that I was not more severely injured. Porsche have never been able to explain he cause of the unintended acceleration and blamed user error (i.e. me). However the main reason for my upset is that it took close to 5 months for my car to be repaired by Bellevue Porsche and Queen City Auto rebuild (another company that knows zero about customer service). What was supposed to be a $15K repair ended up costing more than $30K. During the extensive repair period I was never apprised of the delays or additional costs. When the car was finally returned to me it was not fully repaired. One of those wheels/tires was still damaged and deemed totally unroadworthy and a substantial safety hazard by a 3rd party examiner. Also the horn was non functional. The car was returned for repair and after driving it less than 30 miles it has a dashboard full of warning lights. I know it sounds unbelievable but it is sadly true. Porsche corporate and their dealers don't care about their customers. All they care about is selling over priced crappy cars and making a fast buck. Avoid Porsche and most of all avoid Bellevue Porsche. Trust me, you can do better.

Just bought a 911 from Porsche Bellevue and specifically Ahren Hartzel. It was a great experience he was extremely knowledgable about the car which helped as I am not. He was very laid back and easy to talk to about the buying process. After a couple test drives I went home to think about it and we kept in communication over email/phone the next couple of days. He was great at answering all my follow up questions and ultimately it was his approach that really made me want to give my business to Porsche Bellevue.

Too bad that the Barrier family sold the dealerships! While the guys that worked for Barrier are awesome, I feel that AutoNation is just looking at the dollars and not building relationships. Prices have gone up! I have had ALL my service work (including changing my tires/wheels twice per year) done at Barrier since I bought the car in 2007 and I live in Seattle. But am starting to rethink that trip because of the price increase. I just had a major service - to the tune of over $1,100 and was charged for washer fluid! And to get the loaner car, I practically had to sign away my life! Crazy! I hope they will realize that a Porsche is not the same as a Jeep and do the right thing!

I took my Porsche to Barrier in Bellevue before it was acquired by Auto Nation. I will say the Porsche Service by Auto Nation is superior. The new dealership and service is excellent. Easy to schedule an appointment with multiple follow up calls. The Service Agent was professional and competent. The waiting area is comfortable and has full view of the 20 service bays --- great to watch. And there is shuttle service (free of charge) to the customers work place within a 5 mile radius. It is top notch service.

Purchased a new 911 from Porsche of Bellevue. Great experience. professional, and very efficient. My time is valuable and the entire team respected that. Ahren Hartzel is the sales person to see.

I purchased my car here and did all my services in this dealer. The maintenance job is always good. I never worry about that part. The complete experience is still not as good as with Mercedes Bellevue, but it's getting better. This time, I came for a oil change but was suggested to do intermediate service 5k before it should be done. I am ok with that as long as it's good for my ride. Pro: 1. I arrived late than scheduled time but my service was still finished in time. 2. Car came back cleaned both inside and outside. This is an improvement over my last experience. 3. My previous salesman recognize me and sent me a new Macan during my service, which is great. Con: 1. Service specialist seems didn't explain all the service items. And he was not familiar with it. 2. Porsche loaners still are only available to major repair (longer than a week)and only Enterprise rental car provided. Hope it get better.

Recently purchased a Range Rover from Joseph Woo, honest guy, straight forward and enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Found the car on their website, emailed through Autotrader, Joseph responded that same morning. I asked the basics (1) tell me about the car (2) is it clean, do you have its history, etc (3) I don't want to waste your or my time, if the car isn't what is represented as is online. Joseph was upfront the entire time. He shared they just took the car in on Trade, they needed to send it through for inspection, once it cleared he'd call me. Two days later he called. I visited. The car was perfect. I bought it. Highly recommend Porsche of Bellevue

911 went in for a check engine light. The dealership was very detailed and thorough in their diagnostics. Replaced the part, did an oil change, tested the car, and kept reworking until all of the warnings were addressed. Afterward, they washed and vacuumed the car, and gave me a lift back to pick it up. Great experience.

Greg helped me with every detail in a calm, reliable and consistent manner. I bugged Greg a lot about my car every few days but he never lost his cool, and always was straight with me on expectations and delays that were out of his control due to CARB testing. He honored his commitment to get the car out first when it arrived and always went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I am.

So many times people are quick to complain on Facebook but there are much fewer recommendations for when a company gives great service. Yesterday, my coolant level senor said my fluid was low, and in fact it was, so I topped it up, but since I had topped it up a couple weeks ago and Porsche Bellevue topped it up a couple weeks prior and also did a pressure check to make sure everything was in order, I decided to swing by again this morning. So this is why I really enjoy working with Jeff, Jacob, Andrew, Jake, and the rest of the service team at Porsche Bellevue. When I told them I topped it up again last night they pulled my C4S in the back and put it up on a lift to do another check. Initial visual check throughout the underside did not show any leaks, anywhere. So they decided to remove a couple of the underside plates for a further inspection. Sure enough one of the links in one of the main coolant lines had separated by a few millimeters. So that only under pressure it would cause a very minor leak, and with the amount of rain we've been getting here in the Seattle area the past few weeks, any sign of this small leak would be rinsed away. A quick adjustment to the links, clips, and a fluid top-up we're all set. Since I'll be doing a fair amount of freeway driving these next few weeks, I am super glad I swung by Porsche and let Jacob convince me to have them take a further look. No one would want to be stuck on the side of the freeway because your engine overheated because one of your coolant lines burst. Thank you again, Jacob and Porsche Bellevue!
