After many different dealer visits, test drives, questions, and phone calls, I can confidently say that Porsche Bellevue was by far the best experience we've had in recent memory. My wife and I dealt with Horst, who was courteous, responsive, and (most importantly, in my opinion) not the 'pushy' salesperson that's become synonymous with car dealerships. We would absolutely go back when we're in the market for our next vehicle. (Pro tip: their pre-owned inventory is great, even cars 3+ years old smelled and looked brand new)

I have purchased four new 911's and this was the most confusing purchase ever. The car did not leave the LA docks for nearly two months after it came to America because of some EPA type certification delay. Thereafter, when it arrived, there was a mix up in the pricing that took too long to get fixed. I am particularly disappointed in my sales team who played dodge-ball for weeks rather than owning up to the mistake. It took intervention of the General Manager to make things right, which he did in a most gracious manner.

Great service, my car was washed, vacuumed and parked in front of the service door, ready for me to drive it out. There was no charge for the service since I had a 5 year service contract that I bought when I purchased my car from Porsche Bellevue.

Brought my 2016 Porsche Cayman S in for electrical diagnostic after a recent battery change. Had Landon for my service representative. He listened to exactly what I requested and noted it on the shop order. Car was done quickly and efficiently. Wait was minimal. Car was just as I handed it over to them. Cost was quite reasonable. My issues were resolved and car ran as expected on way home. Really happy with Porsche of Bellevue so far-they are (2) for (2) on my service calls. Consistency and Quality of Work are high priorities for me; and it seems for them as well.

Ron the sales executive was very helpful in helping us to decide on a Porsche Macan. We were looking at a replacement vehicle of our 5 years old Lexus RX 350. We looked at Mercedes, Audi , BMW, and more Lexuses. All of them have the infotainment systems are so complicated that scare my wife who is an average driver. We decided that Porsche was the more simple. The car actually sells itself but Ron added an extra touch of assistance and friendliness to help us make up our minds.

I am always impressed with Porsche Bellevue service. I have been a customer with BMW, AUDI, Volvo, and Acura. My experience with Porsche Bellevue is always the best. I recently was helped by Nicole P. Normally I work with Landon, who has been stellar, as well. I had a car that would not start, after a few failed jump attempts. The car also had a differed part replacement that she got scheduled, as well. Nicole helped me get the car scheduled for a AAA drop off. The car got inspected, and she texted me the issues, cost and timeframe for the repair. She got the car done quicker than expected, communicating clearly (through text) the whole way. The invoice i signed is what she communicated originally. The car was also meticulously cleaned. Appreciated, but unexpected. I love my Porsche, and I wouldn’t take it any other dealer.

Original review: Great staff in the service department. Everyone really makes great efforts to take care of you. Can’t say enough good things. Our ‘16 Macan S is in great hands. Newest review (Feb. '21): Landon (our Service Advisor) and Jamie (Service Manager) went out of their way to help my wife and I with a unique situation involving an infuriating extended warranty company...on top of providing us with excellent service at several previous routine maintenance visits. Our 2016 Macan S had a coolant line crack right as we were getting home one day, which spewed coolant everywhere in the engine bay. The pump just kept on pumping, so coolant was sprayed EVERYWHERE under the car. Even though the car would still "go", we knew engine damage would occur (due to overheating) if allowed to run for more than a few brief minutes without coolant circulating around the engine block, so we immediately parked it and had it towed-in to Porsche Bellevue the next morning. My wife and I had purchased a very comprehensive $4,500 third-party extended warranty (not from Porsche), when we bought the vehicle (slightly used). This is the top of the line offering from this warranty company and covers pretty much everything except for tires and brakes. Having had to use it on one previous occasion and having no issues with coverage that first time (work also performed here at Porsche Bellevue), we weren't too worried about this coolant line issue (besides the annoyance of it happening), because we knew our policy had us covered 100%, except for a $100 deductible. Turns out that this outfit, working directly with our Porsche Bellevue Service Advisor, was refusing to pay for the repair, because they didn't consider it to be a covered item since the coolant line that fractured happened to be manufactured out of plastic. The policy does state that certain plastic components weren't covered, but it also explicitly stated that "coolant lines" WOULD be covered (making no mention of the material that the lines had to be fabricated from, in order to be covered). Anyway, the third-party company just kept pushing back, likening this plastic "line" part (which is hard plastic and is BOLTED to the manifold) to something like a flexible rubber HOSE (hoses are not covered), but eventually, Landon and Jamie got them to understand and got it covered. Really appreciate their efforts on this and the general friendliness of them and everyone else we've encountered there. Porsches ain't cheap, but they sure are fun and our experiences at Porsche Bellevue have been great.

Nicole is our service adviser and she was helpful and thorough. Our car needed some work and they were able to identify the issue and resolve it quickly. I was cautious about going in as there have been some terrible reviews, but I had an excellent experience. What I like best is that Nicole understands busy schedules and when I told her to call me to pickup the car and call him if she had actual car questions, she asked if text would be better. Not only did she communicate in a way that fits my husband’s schedule, but she didn’t confuse who to communicate with over what issue. I highly recommend bringing your car here. They did not try and up sell anything, but they did suggest things that might need attention in the future, as can happen with an older car.

Porsche Bellevue went above and beyond, fixed a faulty switch on a 718 recently purchased out of state. They also fixed a tear on a protective covering on the passenger handle. Took 10 days but all covered under warranty. Very efficient service and more then pleasant to work with.

I have been doing business with Porsche Bellevue since I moved to Washington State in 2015. I only trust having my 2006 911 (24K miles) to be serviced by a trained and certified dealership. Porsche Bellevue doesn't disappoint. I find their work to be of great quality. For me, service starts with the Service Consultant. They are, for any owner, the interface with the dealership for advice, problem solving and SERVICE PERFORMANCE. I would like to recognize my Service Representative, NICOLE PASCUA for her outstanding customer service, integrity and follow-thru. Nicole creates a welcoming, understood and most importantly, can-do atmosphere from the moment you enter her office. She gets the job done. I'm so glad to find her each time I, infrequently, need to visit.

I have had my Cayenne in the shop for multiple repairs, they have attempted to repair couple of items couple of times. First item created a bigger oil leak which did get corrected and the second item they replaced the transfer case and I am still having vibration issues at lower speeds.

Ordered a Porsche 911 Carrera S last October and received it in May. I worked with Horst Kiessling throughout this whole process. He did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress of my order. We arrived to pick up the car and found it front and center in the showroom being carefully detailed. Nice touch! The purchase process was very pleasant and efficient. Horst really went out of his way to educate us about the systems in the car and make sure he answered all our questions. Since then we get regular emails from Horst making sure we know he is there anytime to answer any questions or resolve any problems. Very very satisfied with the whole experience and the car is incredible. Fast forward to early 2021: Rat damage to the wiring on my 911! I have been working with Tyler who is a service manager, on a huge repair on my 911 which had extensive damage to the wiring caused by rats. I have been very happy working with him. There is a big delay now, but that is due to Porsche in Stuttgart delaying in sending a wiring harness because they have to make one. Tough situation for all involved, but I have appreciated Tyler's availability and honesty.

We went in last week looking for a new Cayenne and were immediately greeted by sales professional Riley Van Winkle. We didn't have an appointment, but he welcomed us just the same. We told Riley what we were wanting and, after spending a couple of hours looking over these incredible machines, he helped us locate the perfect Porsche. This was our first Porsche buying experience having come over from Mercedes, so we weren't really sure what to expect. Let me tell you there is no comparison between the two brands. Porsche vehicles are everything you've heard they are and Porsche Bellevue is a top-notch dealership. Riley, Matthew, Jared and Kjell are extremely professional and made sure we received 5 star service every step of the way. We left that evening with an absolutely gorgeous 2021 Cayenne Coupé in Quartzite Grey Metallic. We had such a great experience that we're heading back this weekend to hopefully find another. I bought 6 Porsches from Porsche Bellevue since 2016. My sales rep Rob is a knowledgeable and honest guy who I developed a good relationship with. He goes out of his way to help me pick the right car (assuming they are available). The sales manager Matt is great and always willing to work with me and does all he can to make the deal workout. Their service manager Justin is also best in class and takes great care of me. I do enjoy working with the folks I mentioned and will continue to buy cars from them.

The first time I pulled in for service and just wandered into the showroom, they made me feel like I've owned 10 and I'm buying my 11th. Professional, engaging, courteous and personable staff in service AND sales. I want to specifically shout out service agent Nicole Pascua for an overall outstanding experience at 7:00 in the morning while I'm barely coherent. She got me set up for my service, checked my history, suggested additional service without being aggressive, and got me in a loaner in about 5 minutes or so. SUPERB! The Porsche brand is world renowned. People who want one, will get one. I got winter tires installed and they provided great customer service. Tyler, the service advisor was very friendly and helpful. He kept me updated with the car even though it was for a quick tire change. He helped me load/unload the tires off the truck which was nice. Usually service advisors will tell one of the lot attendants to do it (from prior experiences at another dealership). He even followed up a few days later too see if everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

Don’t purchase any warranties until you read them as the finance group basically misinformed me about the coverage, only to find out when actually needed. No one seems interested in understanding the issue at the dealership. After speaking to the Finance Manager and being promised a call back, I’m still hanging in the wind after 3 additional voicemails and a note to the GM. I also called a few times and literally couldn’t get an operator or any live person to actually pick up the phone.

Ty, Jamie and Dan in the service department solved a mystery alignment issue after new tires & service they performed on my 911. It was a slight pull to the left at speed, but the issue wasn't showing up on the alignment tests. They stuck with my car and I through a few frustrating weeks & phone calls, ultimately resolving the issue and charging me next to nothing. Good guys, patient, and will get your issue resolved even if its a weird one. Recommend working with them.

I was looking for a low mileage Macan S and let Ron Rae in their sales department know that. He called me the minute they got one back from a lease return, even before the car had been checked out, and we struck a deal. Their price was as low as I had seen anywhere on the west coast, and I have to admit it was one of the easiest transactions I have ever had for a car. There were moments where I felt really taken care oof as a consumer and then I was very disappointed at every turn and point of communication. The process to buy the car took forever. They told us they would mail our plates but lost them and only followed up on sending them to us after we called numerous times. They owe us a second key and have been delinquent in getting it to us. Everyone seemed nice, but from a business perspective they were quite horrible and not what you would expect from a high class establishment.

We recently bought a 2020 cayenne here and we were very pleased with the process. Our salesperson, Jonathan Rustvold, was a true professional and straight shooter. We had been to several dealerships, one in particular that won't be named but rhymes with Band Clover, and was expecting more of the same typical car salesman pitch. Jonathan couldn't have been more amazing. He patiently brought out multiple cars, explained all the differences and was very straight forward and to the point. There is nothing worse than feeling like you got the run-around while buying a car but when we finished the process here, we felt we got a great car and great service at a great price. I highly recommend Jonathan Rustvold if anyone goes to this dealership.

This dealer asking $500 for oil change on my cayenne 2015 diesel. Are you crazy?? I do my self and spend less $ 70.- oil/filter ( Original OEM filter and Movil1 factory recommended oil ) and I buy the computer at Amazon to reset the services and oil change light. super easy, computer cost $150. Recently traded in a car for a used 991.1 Turbo S at this location. Stephen Hackett worked hard to get this vehicle for us, and made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted within a very limited timeframe- this was an essentially impossible task that he pulled off, and no doubt, a time-consuming one. Riley Van Winkle then took both the time and care to ensure we had an honest overview of the vehicle's condition, history, and quirks. Never did we feel pressure to finalize the deal, only the passion these guys have for cars, and with wonderfully accommodative service to boot- they really made us feel like friends. Both these men ensured that I got the best possible value for my wreck of a trade-in-car, which was most surprising and faith-restoring. The entire process was a real joy because of these two guys. My only point of criticism is to be wary of the inspection/financial services, contingent on interest in a used vehicle (not a brand new one). The 911 happened to have aftermarket parts that weren't disclosed or explicitly evaluated in the pre-owned service evaluation, and it caused some unexpected discord with the warranty we purchased from the financial services. The gentleman who worked with us on warranty coverage omitted this important stipulation about coverage, and the misinformation resulted in purchasing a policy that won't actually behave as described. I will say again that if you are interested in a NEW car, this won't be as much an issue- this warning is only for used-car customers. Great people and great cars in the showroom, slightly questionable financial/warranty crew.

On 10/17/20, my spouse and I purchased a 2016 Audi Q5 TDI from Porsche Bellevue. The Q5 is my daily driver. I love the car and specifically wanted the TDI engine. Our experience: The good: Set up an appointment before arrival, and Audi Q5 was upfront and ready to view/test drive Fair market value price on the car per Kelly Blue Book and True Car Did not feel pressured to purchase the car Finance Manager Hana Kim was great. Hana was very knowledgeable, helpful and did a thorough job explaining finance and extended warranty options. Andrew on the Service Team has been very proactive and customer-centric with the windshield replacement (had chip/crack in it, dealer replaced with no cost to me) and key fob order (dealer could not find 2nd key fob or ER key, dealer order/replaced both at no cost to me). The not so good: Tires: We identified and pointed out to the salesperson, Greg the tires had uneven tread wear. One rear tire was brand new (replaced by dealer due to sidewall damage), the other rear tire was very worn, and the front two tires were okay but not the same wear as the rear two. The car is an all-wheel-drive (AWD), and all tires should be replaced as a set, not individually. Greg looked them over, pulled, and showed us the detailed used vehicle inspection report. I informed Greg of my concern with the one new tire vs. the other three and the AWD factor. He and the Sales Manager reviewed the tires and informed us it would be on us to replace the tires at our cost after purchase as the dealer had met the certification standards. I pushed back about the AWD drive factor and asked the dealer to replace the worn rear tire so at least the back two tires would match. My question was barely entertained, and the answer was I could have them replaced on my own after purchase. After much thought, we did purchase the Audi. A few days later, Les Schwab confirmed the back two tires should have been replaced together, if not all four. I replaced the three remaining with brand new tires. It was immediate out of pocket expense that was not necessary. Porsche Bellevue should have replaced both rear tires at a minimum before offering the vehicle for sale, if not all four tires.

I had the BEST experience buying a certified used 2018 Macan GTS from Bellevue Porsche. Going in I was apprehensive about the sales conversations, but had been told to “ask for Kevin”... and I’m glad I did. Kevin was awesome and super easy to work with. He was low pressure and spent a lot of patient time answering questions. I appreciated how he gave me tips on test driving the car and a good route to take that really showcased the car’s capabilities. I texted Kevin the next day to start the buying process, which was surprisingly easy and painless. Hana was great too helping me through the paperwork in a fun, warm and welcoming way without the dreaded up-sale pressure. I highly recommend asking for Kevin who was equally responsive to questions I had even after bringing the car home. What great customer service.

Great Customer Service by Justin! Our locking lug bolt key had been stripped by Porsche Beaverton (Oregon) during a routine 40K service. The service advisor told me the only thing he could do was order a new "key" from Porsche Germany. He didn't know when it would arrive. I called Porsche Bellevue (Washington) and they said to bring the vehicle in and they could fix my problem. Justin checked us in and looked at the key. He said that he could probably fix the problem, if I was willing to purchase the parts. Justin was able to remove all four (4) lug bolts and replaced the old bolts with new ones, while the vehicle was sitting in the check in area, in under 15 minutes!!! I only had to pay $129 for the new parts. No service charge. NOW, THAT IS GREAT ***** CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be driving the 400 mile round trip to get my Porsches service at Porsche Bellevue in the future.

Justin takes great care of me, knows all of my cars and delays unnecessary service, most recently suggesting we look at minor issue next year. Two of my cars are older, and the shop sometimes wanders down rabbit holes sorting out aging failures. In the end, they charge me only for the required work and parts, even if they other parts were required to understand the problem. To me, that's a level of integrity and depth a dealership can provide, when it chooses to. Two of my cars are heavily modified, sometimes posing unexpected challenges. Once I needed an associated racing shop to solve a suspension issue. The communication in that case was good and eventually the car was perfect. I may be more patient than most Porsche owners. Bellevue won't leave you hanging, even if the occasional issue takes time to resolve.

I needed a spare key for my used Cayman S. The team at Bellevue did a great job of teaching me why an aftermarket key was never going to work, getting me a good fair price on an OEM key from the factory, and getting it programed and me out the door in very short order, as I really had to keep moving that day, and I live on Bainbridge! Justin Monson our service tech was awesome, the organization of the parts department not so much. The parts department initially ordered the wrong parts then by mistake installed used parts and it was frustrating but in the end they got the car put back together well and it is great, just a delay. The only thing I would add is that the only department that answers a phone is sales, cant even leave a message on the main line. I guess they have cut staff do to Covid, can understand but it is frustrating when you are looking for updates. So hint for now, if you ever have a question call the sales department, they answer the phone and do a nice job of getting you a response.

I reached out to Porsche of Bellevue in regards to a 2018 Macan in their used car inventory. Ronald reached out quickly and I visited the dealership that day. Ronald had the car cleaned and ready for me to take out on a test drive. A car I found difficult to walk away from and the value and warranty was an easy sell for me so had to buy it that day. One of my worst customer service experience at any dealerships. Service appointment was a big disappointment due to numerous issues: 1. There was no communication about the expectations of my appointment (length of appointment, arranging for a loaner car or a ride since waiting room is closed). I was completely blindsided when I dropped off my car. I was not offered a loaner nor a ride. 2. Expectations were set by the customer service rep. but not followed through or met. Service rep. promised to contact me within a couple hours and update me on the status of the work on my vehicle. This expectation was set by him (not by me). Yet, I did not hear from him for 4+ hours and ended up having to contact him regarding the status. 3. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up and yet when i came to pick up my car (a couple hours after the notification), my Macan was not ready to be picked up and I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for my vehicle. 4. Service rep. had indicated he was going to schedule an appointment with the body shop for fixing a dent on my car. This did not happen and despite multiple follow-ups, this remains unresolved. Why make promises if you are not going to deliver on them??

911 went in for standard annual oil change (13k miles), ended up having struts and coils replaced, coolant system dismantled and replaced. Parts had to be ordered from Germany. Oh, and they did the oil change. A morning stay ended up from 13th to 27th. As usual, the service dept was spotless, intake process smooth and quick. I have only one gripe on this visit and that is that I had to prod the customer rep several times to get updates, and did not always get replies to texts. I also left a vmail to try and get a response. I finally did get a response and the rest of the process was fine. Otherwise, this is the best service dept I have ever been to.

I made an appointment for my 911 4S to have two small areas of clear film that had started to peel. Landon scheduled my appointment and unfortunately on that day, no loaner cars were available - but not to fret, Landon was prepared to rent me a car from across the street - no need - the wonderful valet gentleman from Porsche just drove me home. I spoke to Landon later in the day and the film had been repaired and he and his team had also found and reviewed a blemish on my cab roof - again, he came through and told me that they had ordered a new roof from Germany!!!!! All under warranty. They delivered my car back at my house in the afternoon so I didn't have to go out to retrieve it . - what a guy and even when they stumbled on the loaner, I had a marvelous experience - two thumbs way up for Landon and the team

The service was great - the transfer case had to be replaced and it took ~4 days to resolve. A bit longer than I would have liked but had a loaner. But here's the bad part, my car was ransacked and things i had in the console, glove box and back end were stolen including my car registration, wheel locks, miscellaneous tools and personal items. Guess Porsche dealer doesn't lock their cars when not being attended - good lesson for me in the future.

Took my newest purchased but used 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for a much needed alignment. Not only did they fully align all four corners but also provided me a detailed report (I like lots of information) of the alignment before and after, gave it a bath, as well as an inspection which gave me a current “snapshot” of the condition of the rest of this beast of a machine! The best part? The staff treated me very well and answered all of my questions! Thank you to everyone from my service advisor to the tech that took care of my ride, you guys are awesome!

Went in to look at some used Macans and was helped by Ahren Hartzel. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was rare and refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about meeting my needs instead of selling whatever was on the lot. I normally hate going to dealerships and dealing with aggressive, borderline hostile salesmen but had a great experience at Porsche Bellevue.

Everyone at Porsche Bellevue was friendly and very accommodating. I think I test drove 6 cars before I purchased my car. I bought my first Porsche and I’ll be buying my second one someday and I will definitely go back to this dealership. Dealership is very clean, everyone was wearing a mask and they have enough room inside and out to accommodate 6’ of social distancing. Would highly recommend this dealership.

However, I’ve had a lot of problems with my Porsche and I would not buy another Porsche based upon my experience and there being so many other high quality vehicles out there.

Great experience with the service department... Dropped by on a whim with a straightforward issue a couple weeks ago and my problem was quickly diagnosed. Part ordered up and dropped off the car last week... not only did they quickly fix the original issue, but they also took care of another item that was less obvious and took more time to diagnose. To see in the notes that the problem was recognized, tested... and tested multiple times until the fix was verified, that is how a service department should be. It's obvious that the techs care about their work, and the SA was courteous, friendly, and quick to respond. No complaints here, will be going back.

Scheduling was simple however, requesting a preferred Porsche Certified Technician and team proved to be a trying experience. Initially upon booking appointment, made a request for Porsche Technician: Sully (whom I have enjoyed a historical relationship with prior vehicle) to service my 2019 Macan S. Upon receiving appointment confirmation, it was apparent that my request did not materialize. Therefore, I took it upon myself to forward the appointment confirmation directly to Sully with a request for him to perform the work. Sully was successful in transferring my Macan S to his service team's queue and complete the service. I am very satisfied with Sully's work!

Service Excellent. Only negative is quality of loaner cars. I strongly suggest they get simple but good drivers cars such as Golf GTI or Audi A3. Big progress regarding loaner car. Even when they have to revert to Enterprise Car rental, they now offer Porsche Macans as loaners. I confirm got two loaner cars recently both were brand new Macans.

I got a free loaner and got everything I needed taken care of. Landon was very helpful and constantly communicated with me on the status of my vehicle. They did my 40,000 miles scheduled maintenance on my Macan and replaced and installed new set of tires. I also got post production Sport Plus option installed. They also took care of the recall work. I am very happy that we have a very good Porsche Service Center nearby in Bellevue which I can take my car. I don’t want to be driving to Tacoma or Bellingham just to do oil changes or scheduled maintenance.

I recently bought a used Audi TT that I found on line. I live in Montana and didn’t want to travel to Seattle right now. My dealer rep, Horst, was professional, timely, and very helpful in answering my questions and in providing additional photos and inspection. The purchasing was easy and they sent a notary to my house to sign the paperwork. It took longer than expected to find a shipper, but that was a minor frustration. He car arrived safe and sound and in perfect condition. The biggest issue is that there were no temporary tags and no title. This meant I could not drive the car. The temp tags are apparently a state issue in Washington, so there wasn’t much the dealer could do. The paperwork for the purchase was sent but didn’t arrive for a few days after the car. But, the title was not included. So, I still could not drive the car or get it registered in Montana. I’m sure this will get settled, but it is frustrating to have a new roadster sitting in the garage on a beautiful day and I cannot drive it. Overall, I am pleased with my interactions, car quality and price, etc. I hope in the future for other out of state buyers , titles will be sent in a more timely manner. Thanks again, Horst.

Reviewed website in morning to see which cars might still be available. Used online Chat to confirm availability and to set up appointment. Received text promptly confirming appointment and name of sales associate (Ronald Rae) we would be meeting. Our reservation of a particular vehicle proved to be most fortuitous, as later during our visit others were very interested in the same vehicle. Arrived at appointed time and was immediately greeted by Ronald with the car parked out front. Ronald explained some features of the car and allowed us to take a test drive. After test drive Ronald provided us some moments alone to further explore the car and also look at some others on the lot. Everything met, or exceeded, our expectations and we decided to pursue purchasing the car. Ronald showed us inside and immediately began gathering the necessary paperwork. He also proceeded to get the car prepped for delivery. Everything went smoothly, albeit a little slowly due to Covid-19 protocols. We are delighted with the car and were completely satisfied with the overall experience. Ronald and everyone else we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our queries. He reviewed the two maintenance items that were going to be addressed and provided me with a technical description which I appreciated as someone who performs basic maintenance on all of my vehicles. Landon was very professional, polite, and courteous. It was also great knowing that Landon was previously a Porsche Service Tech so he has the actual hands on experience under the car. This was truly an exceptional service experience with all of the COVID-19 measures in place.

I recently brought my Boxster in for a routine service. Several issues were identified. The car was in the shop for over 2 weeks. Communication was abysmal. I had to call or text to find out what was happening. There seemed to be poor communication between the technicians and the service contact.. Here's a quote from a Text I received: "We ran into a little snag on your Porsche. The technician needed to remove the intake for part of the repair and did not know it was needed as part of the repair...". They ordered new tires which turned out to be 2017 tires though new. They nicely discounted those and didn't charge me labor for fitting. However the whole experience was disquieting and I will certainly never return to Bellevue Porsche. This is totally different to my experience when this was Barrier Porsche.

My buying experience with Porsche of Bellevue was flawless, really it was much better than expected on every level. Ronald Rae was my sales person, he is excellent, very professional, easy to work with and straightforward. I love that they do the no haggle pricing, it just makes the buying experience so much easier and smoother. I have found that they adjust their prices if certain cars are not selling, It is not different than buying something from a clothing store or any other store in that manner. The team all worked together very well. From the finance person to the detail person who went over all the features or the car, all were very well trained and very professional. I love my new car (new used car), I love that it was a local car, and that I could get CPO on it. Highly recommend buying your Porsche here. I looked at Larson Porsche and found them to be overly pushy. I would not buy a Porsche from EBA or others as they take in too many cars from the SE and it is a big risk that some might have flood damage etc. It is worth paying a little more and getting CPO IMO. And it is even worth maybe paying a bit more to get the service from Porsche of Bellevue. These guys are real PROS!

I went to buy Porsche Macan today, May 17, 2020, in the Porsche Bellevue center and my sales consultant was Kevin Shi. I am taking the time to write down this feedback because Kevin Shi's demeanor was very unprofessional and rude. He seemed to be misinformed about the store's stock and kept on feeding cooked up information. 1 - When I asked him the price of 2019 Macan, he replied "mid-sixties" but when I saw them later, it was just around 53K. 2 - When I asked him about financing options, he mocked my credit score by saying "730 is pretty below average" 3 - When I requested a test drive, he unapologetically said "Gas tank needs to be filled. Wait for 15 mins". Also, he was extremely disrespectful and totally turned my morale down to buy a Porsche. I have had experience with Mercedez and Toyota's sales consultants before and I am sorry to say this but the Toyota Sales Person was much better at his job than Kevin Shi in my opinion.

I purchased my 2012 911 at Bellevue Porsche in 2016, and I have had it serviced there since. The purchase process was seamless and actually pleasant. The service department is top-notch and the personnel are very skilled. The only downside is the price, but other than an annual service I haven't needed to take my car in for anything anyway.

This time the waiting room was closed due to Covid19 so she reached out to see if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and to let me know that they are not currently offering shuttles elsewhere. After a few years of driving German cars such as Mercedes Audi and Porsche I now am somewhat familiar With some of the maintenance process I also have an associate degree in mechanical engineering I know there’s a labor fee applied to repairing and or maintenance at the dealership or any other facility. This past time I went to Porsche Bellevue for alignment however after spending my whole day off there and five hours later I was surprised to be notified the following statement via text. {Just wanted to update you on your Porsche. We attempted to perform the alignment and the tie rods are seized and we cannot adjust. We recommend replacing them to start. Also, the washer fluid system is not working and the front hood struts are weak and not holding. Would you like me to diagnose the washer system issue? } And asking $2200 for just tie rod replacement also $485 for alignment They eventually charged me $300 for just diagnostic fee I honestly do not care about the money but opening up a very easy and loose screw, should’ve not been that hard. I literally went home and did that myself and took my car to a different shop to get the alignment done without a lift or jack or any other professional tools I just thought that was very unprofessional.

Every time a new car is purchased, they bring it in the show room for the buyer to look at an awe at under the lights. They let them get in it and teach them right there in the showroom about the vehicle and then have it moved out front for your drive home. It was an amazing experience. The online sales manager Ron and the Finanace Manager Jared... they did more for me than any other car dealership had. I appreciate the time they took to get me the car of my dreams. I took my 2018 GTS to Porsche Bellevue for my 10000 service on 01/17/2020. I was in and out in a bit over 2 hours. Everything was lovely. Free coffe, etc. The building was clean and beautiful. But for my main purpose, getting the oil change, etc they failed me. I drove my car back to Seattle to and by the time I got there, I had the oil warning message in the photo below. I called the service manager and he asked me to bring the car back. They checked it and apparently put more oil in the car. So for my first experience with Porsche Bellevue it was a fail. And I question if I should give them my business going forward. Convenient to Seattle? Yes. But this should have been a no brainer for them. Make sure I have enough oil in the car BEFORE I leave.

this is a great dealership BUT only until they get your money. The salesman was great to work with. and they respond so quickly and do everything possible to get your money. As soon as you drive out that door with the vehicle you just purchased they absolutely don't care about you. I had purchased an extended warranty that I wasn't sure I needed and the person that sold me that warranty assured me that if I decide to cancel it I could just contact her anytime and she'll cancel it for me. 2 weeks later I decided to cancel it. I sent 3 email to that person and never got a response from her, then I called general manager and never heard back from him either. When I figured that no-one is going to respond to my emails I started calling the dealership and still no luck. bottom line I had to call them at least 45 times to get this figured out. Absolutely terrible customer service so they are no different than any other of your random dealerships.

Negligent service department. Liars. Will try to blame their derilect work on the customer. And they get personal while they're at it. Changed their story several times in trying to explain their version of facts, and cover up malpractice. Service Department manager overrode promises made by his direct report, saying the direct report didn't have authority...so how can you reply on anyone's word over there? You can't. Your Porsche warranty is worthless with these guys because they don't want to do it, are not the advocate of the customer, and will not back up their work they claim to have done...but never actually did it the first place. (This I know, from the admission of the Service Manager directly. His words) If they have a way of commenting on this comment, I will expect a twisted version of the truth as an attempt to counter my words here, but I am writing all this for the benefit of future consumers like me that they apparently don't give one xxxx about endearing themselves to. Absolutely gorgeous aesthetics throughout the entire shop. Buyer, help yourself by avoiding these rip off artists, and find eye candy elsewhere

Bought a new 2018 Panamera 4 here. When we came to pick up the car it had not been detailed since sitting on the showroom floor, and having people in it, small but disappointing. The closing paperwork took 4 hours to complete, even though we were paying cash, because they messed up the paperwork even though I specifically asked them about the payment process beforehand. The biggest issue was after having driven the car for a day I notice one of the options (I again specifically asked and confirmed came with in car in writing) was not actually present, after a back and forth with the sales person, I spoke with the Sales manager who agreed to have the missing option installed at their cost, which resolved the issue.... I have to take the car back to the dealer to have the option taken care of. The fact that all this went on with what should of been a simple and pleasant purchase has left me a little weary of doing business here again. I love the car, but their sales staff did not even know that this model still comes with a CD player, the response when asked was, I don't think so, who listens to CD's anymore anyway. Not - Yes it does, its actually kept in the glovebox.....

I needed to have the cigarette lighter activated in order to connect a charger to the car as I will be traveling for about 5 months. Thinking that I was planning ahead, I found out after trying to make an appointment that I would not be able to get in before I had to leave town. I called a service rep and explained my situation. He checked with a service manager and they were able to squeeze me in. The folks in the service department made the whole process simple, fast and easy. And they were very friendly! To top it off, they gave my Porsche a nice wash.

I recently bought a 2019 Cayenne-S at Porsche of Bellevue about three weeks ago, after the first two week the car is died on my, cannot start, cannot open any door, everything went off/dark. I had to contact roadside assist, came to my house to jump the car, even the technician said that he’s never seen this before… I contact Porsche of Bellevue for service, they told me that it’s just the Campaign that has been sent to customers about vehicle powered up… After that, I brought the car to dealership for service, left it there for three days, they couldn’t find out what happened and couldn’t figure out what was the problem, they end up told me that because of my aftermarket cigarette car USB charger, they also told me that I need to unplug the charger every time not using the vehicle… I’ve been used the same type of USB charger on my other cars (Mercedes Benz, Acura, Toyota and Lexus), nothing ever happens… They even told me that I need to buy a high end charger that has a sleep mode or auto-discharge, this is really B/S… I told them that as my understanding, there shouldn’t be any power in the cigarette Aux plug when you turn off the car and lock it, even if you leave the charger in the plug. Power or battery power should be cut off. If one electrical wire get connected wrong, it might drain out the battery. I did regretted to purchase the 2019 Cayenne-S at Porsche of Bellevue. Would you trust the vehicle when driving far away from home..! Don’t really know when it will die on you again…! After the incident, I contacted Porsche USA customer service and they suggest me to talk to other Porsche dealerships for advises… I’ve spoken to service manager/advisor from Porsche of Tacoma (at Fife) and Porsche of Bellingham dealerships, they both told me that there shouldn’t be any power in the cigarette Aux plug if the vehicle is working fine and correctly, all power should be cut off after maximum 30 minutes, when you turn off and lock your vehicle, that’s a safety issue. When you turn off the engine, get out, lock the car and walk away, all used power sources should be disconnected, except dome light and interior motion sensor (if get selected to turn on). Porsche of Tacoma also suggest me to bring the car in for service department to take a look and do some tests.

I purchased and shipped a CPO 2014 Cayenne Turbo S from Cleveland Porsche dealership to Seattle, WA. Unfortunately, the brake squeaked, steering wheel was off center and vibrating...very disappoint! I took the car to Bellevue Porsche, 10 miles from Seattle. Initially, the service department advised me that these issues are not covered under Porsche CPO warranty. I thought it was absurd because I just got this car for three weeks. Regardless, I was willing to pay for these repairs because they needed to be addressed. I was disillusion with Porsche CPO vehicles. However, the Service advisor, Justin waived the cost of these repairs after understanding my circumstances. Justin Monson is superb service advisor due to his experience and thoughtfulness!

This is the second car I bought there, and once again my experience was extremely positive. Dale (sales manager) and Brandon (finance manager) were great to work with, the whole process was a breeze, and my car (a used 2013 Cayenne Diesel, fully inspected and certified) came out of the detail shop just like new. Dale even took the time to drive to my place and help set up the built in garage door opener! Great cars, great service, great dealership, highly recommended! I have had very good experience with Porsche Bellevue service since I moved to the area. I especially enjoy working with Mathew Moody. The location is close to where I live and work. Mathew is professional and also helped me with minor issues timely in between scheduled services. The ambience is inviting. Depending on what service you need, you can request for a Porsche loaner in advance. I’m glad this dealership is not in Seattle. I hate driving my car across the lake. My car runs no more than 750 miles per year. I hope Porsche Bellevue will help me maintain my car for years to come.

Caveat emptor. The "pre-owned vehicle 125 point inspection" may not be reliable so I would recommend full document verification before purchase. For me it would have saved a lot of effort and cost. I accept responsibility for having purchased the vehicle without 3rd party inspection. In my case the GM has been reasonably responsive in helping correct a few of the issues, the rest I have corrected myself. I do not want nor would I accept anything further on this case and appreciate the GM's assistance to this point.

Love driving my Cayenne and my Carrera, but the service department at Porsche Bellevue doesn't live up to the Porsche brand. Both cars in for routine service, plus a new battery (in stock) for the Carrera. VERY difficult to reach anyone in service once I dropped off the cars. Had to call Parts to talk to someone real time. As a result, Porsche Bellevue had the Carrera Thurs-Mon for what should have been a same-day service. Both cars came back with low tire pressure (-5 lbs on at least two tires each). Was hoping that to make matters right they'd at least offer a credit for the labor for a battery "install" but no such luck.

I'm having a terrible experience w/ the service department. They seem unreachable. They have an appointment person who has also been of very little help. Basically, my car started making some loud noises that make me nervous to drive my vehicle. The car should still be under warrenty. Rather than arrange to pick it up, or help me get w/ a replacement car, I was told the soonest they would look at it is in 2 weeks. I set up an appointment, but the car has been sitting in my garage all this time. In addition, the appoinment person hasn't followed up with me regarding if they are picking up my car, nor can I get through to anyone in the department. I left a message w/ one of the service managers over a week ago, and he never returned my call. I understand that they are understaffed, but this level of lack of communication is ridiculous.

Drop-off for a warranty repair was painful. Only one person able to accept vehicles and was busy. Other employees milling around were deliberately ignoring waiting customers (there was another guy with me). A few weeks ago turned up on a Saturday to look at buying a Macan. No salesperson was visible, anywhere. We left, and bought an Audi this weekend. Why build such a fancy dealership and neglect to staff it?

I have been to this service center at least 5 times now. They have never been able to actually keep in touch with me as a customer. They never have a Porsche available, so you get an Enterprise rental car (I got a Chevy Spark in the winter once in place of my 911 Carrera 4S with AWD). This time when I went for service, it was because my car said Fault Engine Control Possible to continue on and went into 5mph mode. I took it immediately to the dealership (after restarting the car) and they were kind enough to take it in. I waited an hour to get a rental car, but they ran out, so I had to take the shuttle to work. I called all day and received no answer. I finally called their sister dealership next door and got a hold of someone there who tried to contact someone at Porsche--no luck. I finally had a friend drive me home since I had no status on my car and no car to get home. BTW, this is the 4th time that this has happened. I usually have to go to the dealership to find out what is going on with my car because I have never actually be contacted by the service manager or anyone at the dealership. It turns out that I needed new rear brakes and a new battery and there was a problem with the rear window that's under warranty that they said they would fix. I shopped around by calling competition to negotiate some level of price match, I am grateful they did that. So, after finding out that my service manager has quit and it was his last day (he's the 2nd one within 6 months who has quit), I was somewhat irate. My wife contacted them this time and was able to get someone on the phone (Nicole is a gem and is the only reason for 2 stars) and she got me a Cayenne S to drive until my repairs were done. Additionally, they'd given me a free full detailing card 8 months ago that I couldn't fulfill because they told me they were too busy and would need the car for at least 4 days. They were able to accommodate me this time. Well, here's the rub. My expectation is that when I give my car to a dealership service center it should return to me in better shape than it went there in. After 9 days in the service center, the rear window still doesn't close and the convertible roof now rattles like a cheap VW. They quite literally broke my car. Now I have to take it back and get them to fix it and I know they're going to give me a crappy rental for several days. Grrr. The worst part is that I loved the Cayenne S and my wife did as well, but we can't justify the headache of owning another Porsche under warranty. This service center has lost my trust in the brand. I don't even want to own their stock anymore. I only go here because the car is under warranty. I will find somewhere else afterwards.

Unbelievably poor service in every way possible, except for the actual person who helped with the repairs...and he's leaving because the service department is poorly managed. This service department is killing Porsche's CPO brand or at least this store. Let me share my experience: 1) In June and July I made three trips to the dealer to get a quick read on an incongruous 'sound' (each time the service engineer or sales person says that there's nothing wrong and to make an appointment online if I really think there's something wrong); 2) I tried to make an appointment online, but the calendar says that it's booked until the end of the year (six months at that point); 3) finally got the service manager to make an appointment for me four weeks out (he's the only one who would); 4) finally got it into the shop for a diagnostic and the engineer tells me the sound is a known problem (xxx!?!?!); 5) in order to get the car after the repair I needed to call the dealer to pick me up. I was on hold for 45 minutes!!! By the time someone got on the line it was too late for a driver to pick me up (xxx?!?!?). I ended driving my other car into the dealer and swapping cars for the weekend - that was 'allowed' only if I picked up the other car before the following week; 6) when I got to the shop, I stood waiting for over 20 minutes with no one there to help...though there were plenty of sales people ready to sell another Porsche to me; and 7) when I explained this incredibly bad service to the service manager, he said that he had been working on it for months - with seemingly no results. When I explained that I was looking for another shop, he told me "unfortunately it's a CPO and can only be serviced by Porsche dealers". Fortunately (for me), I was going to trade in the Macan Turbo for a 2017 Targa 4 anyway. I decided to buy one with an extended warranty and that *didn't* have a CPO, so that I wouldn't have to come back to this shop. I also made sure that the shop that sold the Targa to me had no affiliation with AutoNation, as this corporation destroyed a perfectly good local dealer (Barrier) and its reputation.

It was a level 2 service for my Boxster and everything was done properly from what I can see. It was a busy day when I arrived but everything went very smoothly. My service manager was with another customer so another service manager checked me in and arranged a ride to my work a few blocks away. Everything was done by 5 pm, a courtesy shuttle picked me up, and check out was also very smooth.

I had a scheduled service appointment to drop off my car for servicing on a Thursday. It was scheduled to be worked on Friday and I was scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. When I arrived to the dealership on Thursday to drop off my car, I was told it would not be ready on Saturday. Instead, I was told it would be ready "sometime next week". I was told when dropping off my car, that some technicians were not available. Since this issue was known before I arrived to drop off my car, the dealership should have contacted me and given me the opportunity to reschedule. This did not happen and I was without my car for five additional days (seven days total). Very poor experience.

Then they decided they need to order parts. Now the AC still does not work and the electronic brake failed again after 2 days.

I’ve owned 2 Porsche 911’s and a 718 Boxster and I can thoroughly say this is by far the worst customer service Porsche dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t return calls promptly or emails. I’ve waited 4 days from them to see if they got my wire for the purchase of my new car. I had email them then wait 4 hours for a response saying that they didn’t receive it. This will be the first and last time I will EVER DEAL WITH THEM.

My car was in the shop for a month because of slow service and ordering incorrect parts. Then when I came to pick it up it was not washed and on the driver side window there was a massive piece of tape residue about 18"x3" where they had put either a sticker or tape and not removed the residue. Also on the inside of my front window was the same thing. I had to take my car in three times to repair the same item because they sent it home without being fixed. They would tell me they would call on Monday to give me an update and not call till 3 or 4 days later only to tell me it would be another week and then the same thing would happen. The day I was suppose to pick it up, no one would call for three or four days and then the call I got was to tell me it would be another week. I was without a car for a month!

Since becoming AutoNation this dealership has gone down hill. It took three weeks to get an appointment for a check engine light, a week for the repairs and my car came out of the dealership with less fuel and unwashed. The loaner car cameback with a 1/4 tank more gas than when I left, washed and vacuumed thsi I was driving it for a week. Having a rental car company do Porsche loaners is a complete joke and the dealership always seems to be understaffed. Quality of repairs is unknow at this time since I just picked up the car, but at least the check engine light is off. Total disapppointment!

Check in was very good. Duration of repair was as quoted. The care was cleaned and hand washed, superb. Butt, the check out process was almost 2 hours after the car was finished. Not the fault of the service rep, he just had too much to do. Obviously, they are "thin" on labor Saturdays.

I was thinking of selling my 2014 Porsche cayenne diesel platinum edition to the dealer, because of the Porsche scandal of selling the unqualified car to our customers in 2014. I went to Porshe store in Bellevue, Steve was supposed to taking my case, he took my keys and gave to someone named Joe without informing us. I've had great experience with the Sales department but the Service department is a different story. Matt in service didn't return calls or messages for a week. I had car towed in on Thursday night for a dead battery, he called/emailed Friday morning and seemed attentive. That was the last I heard from him, according to the receptionist, he left early on Friday without an update on the status of my battery change. Matt wasn't working on the weekend so I had to track down a different Service Adviser on Saturday to finally change my battery and let me have my car back. On the following Thursday, it took a message to the service manager for Matt to call me back and provide me with the invoice for the work.

This lady who did the paper work was the high pressure salesman wanting me buy everything from oil changes to lojacking to even suggesting I should lease cars since I turn my cars around evey 3 years (like who wants to basically rent a car for life). She also did not want to honor the fix it ding in the door as the salesman said would happen. All got worked out and I left with the car I wanted at the price I could afford but never want to deal with that 'paper lady' again. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have purchased 2 new porsches from Barrier Porsche, which was purchased by AutoNation after my purchases. Some of the wonderful people who were there are still there, but many new faces, and the dealership is not anywhere near as welcoming and friendly as it was before AutoNation stepped in. I still enjoy the great people I have known for 10+ years, but the feel of the entire dealership is sterile now when it used to be warm and inviting. It's like walking into any other car dealership now, which is exactly opposite to why I originally bought 2 Porsche's from Barrier in the first place. I love my cars, I love my memories of Barrier Porsche, I love the folks I have known for 10 years, but I only like what Bellevue Porsche is today. I hope I can love it in the future, but that's not up to me, it's up to the autoNation people to bring back the warmth and inviting nature of this once great Porsche dealership. I hope this happens sooner than later, for myself and the great people that work at Bellevue Porsche, because I honestly feel they would also benefit from a more warm and personal atmosphere.

When I brought it to their attention, their advice was do not drive this in winter but sell your on Craigslist and put an "All Season Tire". Never experienced post sales support like this. I took my 2014 Cayman S in for the 4-year scheduled maintenance and reported a rhythmic, rubbing sound apparently coming from one of the wheels. Maintenance was completed on time as promised, and the Porsche loaner vehicle was great. Service advisors were friendly and very professional. But the action taken to eliminate the rubbing sound was insufficient, and the sound came back when I was half-way home. I took it back two weeks later. This time a more thorough investigation was done, the root cause was found and corrected, and I went home happy.

When Autonation took over Porsche owned by Barrier Motor, I was worried when I received a 1 star experience on a repair - I could not enter from the outside on the driver side. Prior to Autonation, all my experience in the service depart was 5 star. Service adviser Mr. J was rude and I felt lied too regarding the repair and the warranty I had. Service Adviser J said I had none, which was not true. However, all were corrected by Andrew the Service manager, Hans the GM and Nicole who became my new service adviser. Result, what could have been a 1 star is now 5. I suggestion to those who received not so great service experience, don't get mad; be calm and address your problems and concerns to management. They will address it.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is extremely unprofessional and impolite. Here's why: Scheduled an appointment to have my tail light repaired at 930a. When I bring my car to the drop off garage, staff ignores you until you ask for their help and attention. I arrive on time for my 930a appt, but it's not until 1015a that they bring my car into the repair garage?? How do I know it took that long? Well I sat in front of their huge observation window in the waiting room, of course! Eventually, they pull me from the waiting room and tell me that they have cleared the "check right tail light" text warning on the instrument panel computer display. They print me a service summary saying that the problem has been repaired and is functioning properly and send me on my way As soon as I turn the car on, I notice the warning message to "check right tail light." I walk to the back of the car to check out the newly replaced tail light and guess what? It still doesn't work. This makes me wonder if the service repair man even checked his work after performing the "repair" and printing out his falsified repair summary. Furthermore, how did the person who drove my car from the service garage to the pick-up garage miss the "check right tail light" warning blatantly displayed on the instrument panel?? To make things worse, my bumper just under the tail light was covered in grease marks in the exact area they performed the repair, AND I find a new scratch in the paint!The women in the service dept tells me that she cannot be sure that they are responsible for the scratch...excuse me?? So they bring my car back for repair for a second time and offer me a loaner so I don't have to sit around and wait. The service woman repeatedly promises to call as soon as the repair is finished. I leave for several hours and return to the dealership hoping the car is ready even though I haven't received any calls from them. When I get there, the service woman tells me the car was completed nearly 2 hours ago. Why didn't she call to tell me? Did she FORGET that she repeatedly assured me that she'd call as soon as it was ready?? The good news is the tail light was actually fixed this time! The bad news is that they still did not take responsibility for the paint scratch. Eventually, we get the service manager involved in paint correction to remove the scratch. I bring the car in at a later date and they give me a loaner while they correct the paint. Several days later, I am informed the car is "ready" and I return pick it up. Guess what? Not only is the car not washed (as promised by the service manager), but the scratch is still on the bumper! WTH happened now?! Turns out, they mixed my car up with someone else's. So while my car sat on their lot with the scratch still on it, someone else got a free paint correction. Again I wonder, do they EVER check their work?? About 2 weeks after all this started, my paint was finally corrected! I decided to email the dealership's service manager and general manager about my experiences. Surely they would find this type of service unsatisfactory as well, right?? WRONG. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard back from them....not surprising. I'll be driving a Tacoma for all my future service needs. Would you trust this dealership with your car? I hope not.

I ordered a Macan in the over the summer and was told it would take around 4 months to be delivered. That wasn't a big deal to me because I had a specific build in mind and was willing to wait. After I placed my order I had a few minor tweaks to the build and Denis Navas, the salesperson I worked with made sure they got added to the car. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was delivered to me in about 3 months. The actual purchase experience was fine. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours or so. To be fair most of that time included a pretty decent orientation with Denis about the features of the car. I didn't even have to eat the Powerbar I brought along in case the process got drawn out. In the end, I'd definitely recommend Porsche Bellevue.

I think the service here is awful and even my initial buying experience was unsatisfactory. Lately they never answer the phone or call me back. I spent 20+ mins on hold just last week, kept getting transferred to voice-mails and STILL never got a call back. It's hard to get in, and loaners take forever. My expectations are so low at this point that I don't even ever want to take my car there for service, particularly since I live in Seattle. That said, when I'm actually there in person the people are polite and friendly. They just need to figure out a way to better triage customers or everyone they deal with will be unhappy.

I purchased my first Porsche 911 from then Barrier Porsche in 2006, followed by 2 Cayennes. It has not always been the easiest relationship working with Barrier Porsche. However since the take over by Auto Nation the situation is unbelievably worse. In February I experienced an uncontrolled, rapid acceleration of my 2013 Cayenne S from a stationary position. It is only due to luck that no one was killed and that I was not more severely injured. Porsche have never been able to explain he cause of the unintended acceleration and blamed user error (i.e. me). However the main reason for my upset is that it took close to 5 months for my car to be repaired by Bellevue Porsche and Queen City Auto rebuild (another company that knows zero about customer service). What was supposed to be a $15K repair ended up costing more than $30K. During the extensive repair period I was never apprised of the delays or additional costs. When the car was finally returned to me it was not fully repaired. One of those wheels/tires was still damaged and deemed totally unroadworthy and a substantial safety hazard by a 3rd party examiner. Also the horn was non functional. The car was returned for repair and after driving it less than 30 miles it has a dashboard full of warning lights. I know it sounds unbelievable but it is sadly true. Porsche corporate and their dealers don't care about their customers. All they care about is selling over priced crappy cars and making a fast buck. Avoid Porsche and most of all avoid Bellevue Porsche. Trust me, you can do better.

Made an appointment thru the easy scheduling tool, updated it a few times, once by phone, very easy to get thru and update the appointment. Arrived at the dealership for appointment for minor recall check, service light and routine check. Jacob, new service advisor introduced himself, explained process, asked what timing worked for me. 2 hours later, received a call car was nearly finished, gave me just enough time to drive back and pick it up slightly damp from the courtesy wash. My advisor was on the phone, rather than have me wait, another advisor stepped in, started reviewing the service and car condition, then Jacob, my regular adviser popped in to close the loop. It really could not have been a more positive experience. A+ or one Michelin Star!

Had a CEL for my '01 Turbo come on, so I took my car in as they are open on the weekends. The service rep mentioned that their more skilled technicians weren't in on the weekends and recommended returning during the middle of the week so an experienced tech could take a look as the car had thrown an indiscernible CEL the week previously as well. Brought it back during said timeframe and the techs were able to diagnose a boost leak that was throwing the code. Nothing huge, so driving it around isn't detrimental in any way. I opted to not have the OEM replacement y-pipe (the piece that failed) and instead am going to pursue aftermarket products that have been shown to have better longevity. Long story short, great location, very friendly staff, and Mason G. is extremely easy to work with. He's very good at what he does and would recommend him to anyone looking for a service advisor for their P-car.

Too bad that the Barrier family sold the dealerships! While the guys that worked for Barrier are awesome, I feel that AutoNation is just looking at the dollars and not building relationships. Prices have gone up! I have had ALL my service work (including changing my tires/wheels twice per year) done at Barrier since I bought the car in 2007 and I live in Seattle. But am starting to rethink that trip because of the price increase. I just had a major service - to the tune of over $1,100 and was charged for washer fluid! And to get the loaner car, I practically had to sign away my life! Crazy! I hope they will realize that a Porsche is not the same as a Jeep and do the right thing!

I took my Porsche to Barrier in Bellevue before it was acquired by Auto Nation. I will say the Porsche Service by Auto Nation is superior. The new dealership and service is excellent. Easy to schedule an appointment with multiple follow up calls. The Service Agent was professional and competent. The waiting area is comfortable and has full view of the 20 service bays --- great to watch. And there is shuttle service (free of charge) to the customers work place within a 5 mile radius. It is top notch service.

I purchased my car here and did all my services in this dealer. The maintenance job is always good. I never worry about that part. The complete experience is still not as good as with Mercedes Bellevue, but it's getting better. This time, I came for a oil change but was suggested to do intermediate service 5k before it should be done. I am ok with that as long as it's good for my ride. Pro: 1. I arrived late than scheduled time but my service was still finished in time. 2. Car came back cleaned both inside and outside. This is an improvement over my last experience. 3. My previous salesman recognize me and sent me a new Macan during my service, which is great. Con: 1. Service specialist seems didn't explain all the service items. And he was not familiar with it. 2. Porsche loaners still are only available to major repair (longer than a week)and only Enterprise rental car provided. Hope it get better.

Found the car on their website, emailed through Autotrader, Joseph responded that same morning. 911 went in for a check engine light. The dealership was very detailed and thorough in their diagnostics. Replaced the part, did an oil change, tested the car, and kept reworking until all of the warnings were addressed. Afterward, they washed and vacuumed the car, and gave me a lift back to pick it up. So many times people are quick to complain on Facebook but there are much fewer recommendations for when a company gives great service. Yesterday, my coolant level senor said my fluid was low, and in fact it was, so I topped it up, but since I had topped it up a couple weeks ago and Porsche Bellevue topped it up a couple weeks prior and also did a pressure check to make sure everything was in order, I decided to swing by again this morning. So this is why I really enjoy working with Jeff, Jacob, Andrew, Jake, and the rest of the service team at Porsche Bellevue. When I told them I topped it up again last night they pulled my C4S in the back and put it up on a lift to do another check. Initial visual check throughout the underside did not show any leaks, anywhere. So they decided to remove a couple of the underside plates for a further inspection. Sure enough one of the links in one of the main coolant lines had separated by a few millimeters. So that only under pressure it would cause a very minor leak, and with the amount of rain we've been getting here in the Seattle area the past few weeks, any sign of this small leak would be rinsed away. A quick adjustment to the links, clips, and a fluid top-up we're all set. Since I'll be doing a fair amount of freeway driving these next few weeks, I am super glad I swung by Porsche and let Jacob convince me to have them take a further look. No one would want to be stuck on the side of the freeway because your engine overheated because one of your coolant lines burst. Thank you again, Jacob and Porsche Bellevue!

This is the second car I have purchased from Stephen, and both experiences were top notch. When buying a luxury car, it's not a decision that you make all in one day. Sometime you want to come in and think about it, sometimes that thinking takes a few years to the point you are in a position to actually buy. What I appreciate most about Stephen and the team at Porsche is that I never feel like I am wasting their time test driving a car and I never feel pressured.

Had to tow vehicle in with electrical problems. No sure what problem was (wouldn't even jump start). Concerned about charging system. Called Porsche of Bellevue and met them with tow truck at service area. Donald Bryan met me, gave me the various issues that could be causing problem, reviewed past history of servicing, gave an estimate and advised he would get back to me once problem found. Long story short, he called back we agreed to proceed with work and vehicle was ready at end of day. Cost within a few dollars of estimate. Great facility, great service and not the first time treated so well. Now under new ownership so hope it will continue.

Jeff F, Jacob C, and the service team ROCK! During a recent bit of warranty work another customer "kissed" my Boxster with his/her car while my car was tucked "safely" away. The guys "encouraged" the driver to report the incident (he/she did) providing all my contact information needed (the insurance company contacted me right after Jeff called), then managed all the to/froming of my car to the shop and helped me with alternate transportation. Barrier had ZERO culpability in the incident but went above and beyond. Between the bits and bobs of warranty work they've done and their behaviour during this "incident" I submit that Barrier sets a standard in customer service that any high-end dealership should strive to achieve. I didn't even puchase my BS here, but I'm now a Barrier service customer for life! (And a much stronger believer in the Brand).

I was fortunate enough to work with Horst Kiessling at Barrier Porsche. Horst was extremely knowledgeable on the Cayman I purchased but the Porsche and Barrier brands. He even introduced me to both the service and parts managers who both had positive and informational input on the vehicle I purchased. This is the 4th car I've purchased from Barrier Motors and each time gets easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Barrier Motors and Horst Kiessling at Barrier Porsche!

I just had the best experience at Barrier. Being new to Seattle from Dallas, I was skeptical that another dealership could make me feel at home like Park Place Porsche Dallas. I was wrong. Barrier Porsche went out of there way to make me feel welcome and comfortable with leaving my vehicle with them. Most of all, I was very impressed with Jason Pascual's customer service skills. He educated me on the service being performed, future services that may need attention and was very attentive overall. The attention to customer service goes for every Barrier Porsche employee I interacted with while there which was about 5 individuals including Butch, the shuttle driver (Great Team!!!). This experience made my day and I have to credit Barrier's company culture which is extremely positive and friendly. Thanks again! Jarred

This dealership has no respect for customer service. The salesman acted nicely but seem rude at the end. I asked for a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in, but the salesman wouldn't allow me because I had to buy the car! I haven't set foot inside the vehicle and already asking me to buy? Come on this is a joke! How am I suppose to be interested in a vehicle if I cant test drive it!? Plain Horrible experience!

This dealership is a joke period. I did not like how the way they treated me, very disrespectful in my opinion. l was looking at the 2007 BMW 335i 2dr coupe with 23k. When I came in, I felt a like a scapegoat thinking I was some type of low class individual. The salesman I spoke to about vehicle was Matthew Hayward. I was interested in the vehicle but I told him I wasn't ready to buy. I asked if I could test drive to see how the car felt to my needs he said, "sure". The salesman didn't even bother getting keys to show me inside of the vehicle! How am I suppose to like a car if CAN'T TEST DRIVE IT nor get a feel for if can't get in it! He also told me I had to buy the car in order to test drive! That just no make any sense to me! Just plain HORRIBLE! I will not be going to this dealership again! Horrible customer service and I'm very dis-satisfied!

We went to the Barrier Porsche showroom and were redirected back down the hill to another lot where the Panamera's were lined up outside. We were greeted immediately and shown the two used Panamera's available. We test drove both cars and our salesman explained the features and how they dictated the difference in the two prices.

I bought a modestly priced pre-owned Boxster from Barrier and have always been treated like I bought the most expensive car off the lot. I recently drove it into the dealership late on a Sunday when it started making an unusual noise. A salesman who I had never met, Garry Robinson, immediately came out to help. Insisted on giving me a lift home and took care of getting the service underway. From there, Andrew, from the service department, kept me informed every step of the way and took care of things efficiently and promptly. Warranty covered absolutely everything without a hitch. I've experienced everything from good to almost criminally bad service with my other vehicles and I have to say there is something about the Barrier Porsche experience that will keep me coming back. And no, I'm not getting paid for this!

This dealership acts like they are doing you a favor in letting you purchase a car from them. Service is also snarky. You may have spent six figures with them but they act like you are trying to put one over on them when you try to get normal service. Management is unwilling to follow through on commitments and is unconcerned about what lower level employees are doing and saying. You would think that Barrier would be interested in developing and maintaining strong relationships with their existing customers. Apparently not. They appear to discount current customers and must be counting on new ones to walk in the door. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience with their shoddy attitude and service.

I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. The new model years version of a core model that is sold every single year. The sales manager, via the salesman, informed me Porsche would not be making that model this year at all. Really? Not likely. Checking with other dealers in a 300 mile radius showed me another dealer DID have an allocation for the model the Barrier sales manager indicated would not be built. So either the sales manager is incompetent at keeping up to do his job. Or he is lying to me to try and get me to buy what he has on the lot or what he has ordered (because he screwed up his allocation and won't get any of what I want.. not that what I want is unusual, its a base model). I cannot speak to the service, but if you want to buy something custom thats not in their allocation or on the lot, don't let them convince you you cannot have it. I was rather disappointed that having the knowledge of what I want and the money to buy it, a stupid dealer would block the ability of the manufacturer to sell it to me.

We are attempting to purchase a car here and are getting the run around. They wont apply to the banks we asked them to, they wont keep in touch with us, we have to keep calling them. They also cannot get the car serviced and out the door in one day, we are on day two and it still wont happen today.
